@@clingykaiserin the flame and water book, in the water story, which is based around bit after Giyuu met tanjiro, we find out shinobu has only recently became a hashira, and in the fire book where rengoku is not a hashira, this is the story of how he became one, but shinobu is one of the hashira meaning shinobu became a hashira before kyojuro,, also meaning that iguro, mitsuri, shinobu, rengoku and muchiro all became a hashira after Giyuu Met tanjiro, meaning they were only hashiras for at least a year when we first meet them

The same goes for Giyu and his descendant is named Giichi Tomioka. Source : end of the last volume (23) of DS I was really disturbed to learn that they found someone else after DS but I'm so happy ! Okay the thing is that what most people are saying is right and wrong. Kanae died like late October or early November 1911. Shinobu became a pillar like early January 1912. Kyojuro became a harisha like 1st February 1912. Not long after his father was classed as fully retired by like a day. But he was actually harisha rank before shinobu. But because of his father's very very late retirement made shinobu become a harisha before him Because giyuu's gaiden is also canon and took place right after giyu left tanjiro and nezuko at like 31st December 1912 and Shinobu was already a pillar there. So she didn't become a pillar in 2 years after kanae's death. So shouldn't it technically be like a drunken shinjuro instead of kyojuro reacting 🤔
