I just realized that if AFO is Izuku's biological father, then it might have something to do with him being able to use the quirks of his predecessors. He might of have just been able to unlock the quirks just because he is genetically compatible with OFA unlike the other users.

The theory I have is that because quirks affect mental state and personality (e.g. Toga's lust for blood like a bodily need and Bakugou's explosive anger) all of the stockpiled quirks that AFO has because he took the unwanted quirks from people that were willing to give them up to avoid discrimination in the past caused him to systematically lose his mind for a window of time so he doesn't know that he killed his brother or that he abandoned Izuku and Inko, the AFO part of him that also doesn't know he has a wife and a kid, all he knows is that he works in America and that he calls his family every day even with the time difference and that he loves his kid genuinely but due to All Might's fight with him and his sustained head injury caused the mess of quirks to stop being held under wraps in his subconscious and to be in his AFO villain personality 24/7 with the Hisashi part being kinda dormant and asleep unaware that 6 years have passed (His kid has grown up thinking that he doesn't care abt him because Izuku would have a bed time when he was 9 and would consequently miss the phone calls from his dad with the time zones) and that he doesn't know that he's done ANY of the things he's done because he's a genuinely innocent man that's had a horrible thing happen to him because he was trying to help people live in peace that he could never have because no one else has the ability to take quirks like he does. And while I know this theory is REALLY far stretched I love it because I feel like after all of the suffering AFO caused it would be interesting to see that he actually is a morally grey character and that he's only ever been a good guy in the end and I think that a twist like this would be a really good twist to read if written by a professional writer and it would also be a wake up call to a lot of the characters that quirks aren't some stupid blessing and they're definitely not something to be stopping technological and medical advances for, they're essentially like a weapon of war good for the country developing it on the outside but its literally just another thing that can fall into the wrong hands and be used to hurt others so people shouldn't judge others and themselves based off of the stupid things

I feel the need to ask, regarding something I took note of in part one: what's your explanation regarding the X-ray of midoriya's foot? Even if midorya's father stole his Quirk at an incredibly young age, midoriya would still lack the secondary joint in his pinky toe. This is something that a lot of gacha tubers seem to forget about when referencing this topic. People born with quirks have only one joint in their pinky toe, rather than the two that quirkless and real people have.
