I love the detail that the different Shadows literally look _exactly_ the same due to him being immortal, the only one looking different is the "older" Shadow by having a vest on. Also the fact that (if we go from left to right) the different Shadows are saying exactly how they should feel at that time. "Past" Shadow (presumably post-Heroes but pre-Black Arms invasion) is having a horrible time, remembers almost nothing excepts that his friend died in front of him and doesn't really have friends, the closest thing to friends are Rouge and Omega because they worked together during the Metal Overlord debacle. "Present" Shadow (Post-Forces) is in a fairly stable state, he made peace with his past but still has very little meaningful relationships outside of Team Dark and except for Amy and Cream he likes to keep pretty much everyone at arms lengths. Life is boring but no longer miserable. "Close-Future" Shadow (a couple years Post-Forces) has learned to actually develop friendships and likely has made the early steps to his relationship with Amy, he is starting to let more people in but is still reserved except for a few exceptions. His life is so-so, no longer boring but not exactly happy either. "Far-Future" Shadow, while blunt and serious as ever, has a full relationship, a child on the way and has no shame in speaking about it. He also dresses up a bit, likely in order to please Amy.

I like how you can see the steady progression of both Shadow and Amy in their respective scenes. Amy's Classic Self is still interested in solely Sonic, and Shadow's Young self is rather bitter as the pain of losing Maria is still rather fresh in his mind. Modern Amy is more open minded and looking further out from "Just Sonic", while Modern Shadow is healing from his past and moving onwards, which has become rather Routine in G.U.N. Young Adult Amy is carving her own path, while Grown up Shadow has relaxed and become more lively... And Mature Amy... Well, she has found her happiness... While Mature Shadow just wanted to cut to the chase and see how his otherselves Will react. ...Suffice to say, Mature Shadow was _not_ disappointed. I also like how you can see how the Shadows React. Young Shadow has no Blush and is more shocked, while Modern Shadow has the heaviest blush, likely because Amy's councilling of him on the ARK is still fresh in his mind by then, while both Grown Up Shadow and Mature Shadow have a slightly less luminesent blush, implying that Grown Up Shadow, much like Young Adult Amy, were already starting a fledgling relationship, just to know each other better.

Honestly, this would be the best outcome for someone like Amy. She's been so obsessed with Sonic for so long, it hindered her character growth. Every time she's forced to develop away from Sonic, she becomes more and more of her own person and it helps her mature with time. Her infatuation holds her back and in truth, the more she learns about him, the more she gets to know him, the more relaxed and friendly she becomes. Its better they remain friends. Plus I still believe Sonic works best with either Sally or Blaze personally. You're welcome to fight me on that but I will never deviate from that belief.

I love everything about this comic: the Chibi, Pre-Teen, Teenaged and Adult versions of Amy all conversing about their lives … then the plot-bomb gets dropped at that last part: Pre-Teen and Teenaged Amy both blushing to varying degrees while Chibi is still too young to know why they ‘got fat’ … then the cut to Shadow who is identical across all the timelines except for ‘Adult Shadow’ and their reactions from Sonic Adventure 2 Shadow all the way to ‘Adult’ is fecking hilarious: SA2 Shadow: “You did what?” Heroes Shadow: “You did what with _Rose?”_ Modern Shadow: “You did _what_ with Rose?” Adult Shadow: “Yeah, I did _that_ with Rose. A time metaphor of the Amy's from their respective time. Child Amy(who wanted to go on adventure with her crush Sonic) Mid Teen Amy(who wanted to go on dates with him) Late Teen Amy (who chose a new goal, because she stopped chasing someone who didn't love her the same way), and Adult Amy(who not only chose and married Shadow, but also got pregnant as well). From what I found, "Toonsite", has two universes. One where it's Shadamy and one is Sonamy. However in both Amy unfortunately dies shortly after giving birth to their daughter. Then there are comics of Sonic's and Shadow's different parenting styles.

Even though Shadow and Amy hardly has anything in common, they found a way to make it work. Opposites do attract even if it's who you least expect it to be. Adult Amy has a point. sonic is always about speed and amy has been trying to catch up or in the classic and moderns case trying to catch up and he was scared at the thought of romance. She finally gave up and started pursuing her dreams and matured and found someone else who would stay by her side and give her a child. The three shadows are like there is nothing in there lives that is interesting to them after all they been through or currently going through in their own timelines until adult Shadow spoke the unthinkable that shocked all of them. I'm a Sonamy fan and Shadamy so I'm just saying what I think from watching this.
