If he wasn’t the main protagonist I would 100% agree with you. But, he is the main protagonist so it’s probably just plot armor. This idea is still amazing though and makes a lot of sense. The only thing that doesn’t fit is the whole pinky toe thing.

I’d like to know if the theory I saw a long time ago is true. It was where Afo had children with several women and abandoned them all, altering their memories to think their husband was overseas or somewhere else. And all these children go to Dr. Garaki, supplying Afo and eventually Shiggy with as manny quirks as they wish.

Maybe he had a child with Inko specifically so he can create a telekinetic version of All for one, which would make him even more overpowered. But that either didn't work and Deku only got a mid-tier telekinesis quirk or he just couldn't take this new AFO so he suppressed it and it might awaken in the final battle against the villains. It will be pretty fucking cool

Fun fact: there have been a theory that all might's teacher this black haired woman is said to have a sister and that sister is deku's mom and they have proof's remember inko's quirk? She can make small object's come to her slowly and this black haired woman quirk is to make herself float so they have a similar quirk and when inko was not fat in the past she look like this black haired woman and if you look at inko when all might ask to be deku's mentor inko look worried that all might might think hes teacher and inko look alike but because inko is now fat all might doesn't notice, and this video saw a tiktok video and in that video shiggy said "all for one is gonna be mine little brother" but i think he ment to say little cousin...
