1. They're all from the past. They don't know anything otherwise what they are being shown/told. 2. Techno (in the video) still thinks/cares about Tommy as any older brother would, so you can imagine he is quite disappointed when he learns that Tommy (a person that he loves/trusts) is the guy to betray him.
