Sir 🙏🙏 At 50:00 minutes, question number 49, You included Article 21A as part of Article 20. Sir, by that logic can we consider Article 51A, be the part of Article 51 or Articles 323A and 323B as part of Article 323. Or should we consider Article 21 and 21A as seperate Articles? 🙏🙏

Not in all cases, but article 21a RTE is an extension of right to life under article 21...in fact all FR given thru sc judgements( right to shelter, pollution free air, privacy, etc) are extensions of right to life under Art 21
