Sir in question number 12, the question asks about federal tribunal. You told that the 7 judges are present and the president is elected for a 4 years term. I think the question is partially wrong because it’s the federal council, the chief executive body which has 7 members whose president is elected every year. And the same can only be elected as president after 4 years. And this council is unique in itself all over the world. The council acts like council of ministers in India, chief decision making body.
