This is a love story. Nomathemba is the name of a lady the one fell in love with. However, she left to go to the town of Mnambithi (which is a Zulu name for the town of Ladysmith where the group hails from). But once she's there she no longer write to her lover back home. So the lover is begging her to at least write him a letter or even better, return home.
