Great. She’s not like anybody else. Her version of “two sleepy people” is my favorite ever.

164 views? This lady has a future, at least with John Prine fans.

Talent doesn't mean popularity. High quality items without proper promotion, go nowhere, on a very regular basis.

It's funny to me how so many eastcoast and non southern people (Dylan from Minnesota, prine from A suburb of Chicago and yes I know mama was from Kentucky, tom petty, etc) fake a country southern drawl. Everybody wants to be woody Guthrie or Blaze Foley I guess. Lol

Carsie's voice is so important to me. I want everyone to hear her! She's a sexier and more radical John Prine.

holy smokes....just saw these folks last night at the fremont abbey with my honey. carsie and her crack band are touring her new album, "buck up". the new release is just packed with deep goodness beyond the couple singles...but give a serious listen to her older work too...found it impossible to pick out a favorite from the setlist....'hot night' seemed to best suit the vibe for all the reasons..thanks kindly to her for passing through...

This could be a John Prine song

I wonder if the lyric about holding the mailman's hand is a nod to John. She's a huge Prine fan.
