Pastor Lawson you know your bible better than to sit there and quote 1John1:9. To the body of Christ. YOU DONT HAVE TO CONFESS SINS TO BE FORGIVEN OR TO STAY IN FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD. COLOSSIANS 2 SAYS WE ARE FORGIVEN AT THE CROSS. ALL SINS PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE. You are supposed to be a right divider and dispensationalist, but you keep on with the 1 John stuff. Yes there are applications to the body of Christ in 1 John but 1 John is written to tribulation Jews not us the church.. If you want to confess sins I'm all for it if it's to say you are sorry but not for forgiveness. Jesus forgave us the moment we believed the gospel. Of all sins. You either believe that book in your hand or you dont. Please stop lying to people. You have people laying awake at night trying to make sure they remembered to confess every sin for the day or they won't be forgiven. You see how stupid that is.

Read the Lord's prayer. We don't fear, but we do pray, confess and armor up daily or we drift. As pastor mentions in this sermon. Read the bible. But I wonder why your comment seems so accusing, brother. Where's the love in your instruction to a fellow believer in Christ Jesus? The WORD is quite clear about love within the body of Christ.
