I love how this pastor hugs, pulls close and loves his flock, like how tight he hugged Anthony the homeless man who was brought to church by Michael one of the church members - that was such an uplifting sermon, because the church stopped during the sermon to help the one lost sheep - what a beautiful moment

Pastor Ed always gives the credit to God , “ God ‘s Spirit always shows up and shows off “. The main campus is on the north of San Antonio (within the city), however members were driving over an hour from the outside the city on the south side to attend. Parking was horrible! Still people attended! So in 4/24 a south side campus was opened. Already we have overflowing capacity each Sunday. Farther north side campus is scheduled for later this August! God is good and moving , blessing this body of believers ( His Church). Scripture is preached here!

I love this pastor. So thankful he loved up in my algorithms. So many pastors and megachurch pastors are scheduled base on themselves since of self idolizing. Even though they may articulate the word. Well doesn't come close when a pastor like Ed Newton constantly allowing the holy spirit to run him with amazing compassion. Such a humble loving pastor. I feel many pastors doit if for their own credibility and they feel like theor forcing it. Pastor Ed is genuine 100 percent amd so caring

This guy is so fake. All these pastors are the exact same. Play piano music in the background while I give some fake message and make it look real. Take your money and repeat themselevels on their messages. “Whats up mang” “Let’s go, let’s go”. Dude has a fake band behind him. This stuff is so cringe and I don’t understand how people fall for it. Roman Catholic is the first and the last. This made up church is a SCAM

Love you brother, but this church is not fake. I thought so too, and there are many churches (especially mega churches) that are, but CBC isn’t one of them although you may see things other churches do. If you’ve met pastor Ed you would know how genuine and down to earth he is.

Hello, I attend this Church with my family on a regular basis, we have been going for almost 3 years now. I can assure you there is nothing fake about Pastor Ed, or the people that go to this Church. The Bible tells us that Jesus was persecuted, people find fault with him all the time. But I wonder how they would feel, if they met the LEADERSHIP of this Church. It would be a lot different, than judging behind a keyboard. Pray for our Leadership, please don't judge them.❤
