I would think that Jack considers it an honor to be persecuted by such easily disprovable scurrilous lies. I was one of those Jesus People that he fed when no one else would. I listened to every tape I could find of him teaching as it was sound and without the excesses of the movement. He was and is a stabilizing force in the Church in the USA Today. He will be remembered as a Pastor in the same manner as Billy Graham is remembered as a soul winning evangelist. BTW, I’m the.pastor of a thriving church and love Jesus with all my heart. Thank you Father for man such as Jack Hayford.

Woe, Woe , WOE unto them all and I pray Mercies from Heavens throne of Grace to you all, but God's Holy Angels may be offended and I never have the place to speak for others yet to say this: Woe unto them who offend Pastor Jack's Watchmen who have the Latitude of Heavens freedoms Given only by the One who sends out His Messengers unto those who are to receive Salvation...May you all be those ones, but your repentance will be for certain a wager you have to yet face and God the Father of Lights takes All offenses personally! It saddens my heart deeply to see how anyone on a whim can post the falsehoods thestelz1 has posted about Jack Hayford. I say falsehoods without any hesitation whatsoever. Point in fact Jack Hayford has not remarried since the death of his wife Anna. As for showing any biased favoritism towards actors and those working in the entertainment field is a falsehood. Although I was not a follower of Christ at the time and in my teenage years I did go to Church on the Way in the company of my mother and remember seeing actors and other entertainment professionals sitting in the Sanctuary with the rest of the congregation. The few times I did have any interaction with Jack Hayford as a teenager I found him to be a civil and genuinely caring person who treated me attentively and with respect. It is my sincere hope that thestelz1 post be removed since what he states is a completely fabricated falsehood. Kindest regards.

MY cousin Chauncey who lived in CA like me only I went to Stanford and he went to Harvard briefly (is that bragging?), Jack had 3 Phds, our Pastor friend at E.T. North Dr. Klimionok, also had 3 PHDs..... when are RELIGIOUS persons, EVER PERSONAL????

Jack was fine, although he wasn’t decisive between deceptive doctrines, Jack embraced the faith movement, charismatics, Pentecostal movement (4square) within these movements the Christian doctrines have been manipulated, distorted teaching by uneducated leaders, Jack could not precieve this or able to discern and apply correction to top leaders. Jack preaches/ teaches the basics of godly living as though it’s deep theology, sorry for his passing, was a nice guy, he too had his issues, we all put our pants on one leg at a time, to bad individuals placed him on a platform of idolism, Home sight is 20/20 I know he wished he stayed home more with family (children). more to share…..

The following I John 3:7 passage seems to contradict the Romans 3:10 O.T. quote regarding no one being righteous, and I take this to be in reference to the Law. (cmp. "Little children , let NO ONE deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as ( καθὼς, kathos, g2531) He is righteous." I John 3:7 "Just As", kathos means 'even as', 'in the same proportion as', or 'in the same degree as'. This last part means "to the same degree that Jesus is righteous" or "in the same measure that Jesus is righteous." Taken together this passage means that a spirit filled person that is practicing righteousness has the same measure of righteousness of that was in Christ Jesus, ie. the righteousness of God in Christ. I John 3:5,6 says ... in Him is no sin. No one who lives (abides in) IN HIM keeps on sinning. So all of the concept of righteousness or unrighteousness deals with either practicing righteousness or practicing unrighteousness, in conjunction with being IN CHRIST or IN HIM. The fact that these concepts are prefaced with the warning: "Let NO ONE deceive you" indicates that: (1) if there were any person that you might possibly be persuaded by, either an angel of light or apostle, do not regard their opinion on this truth, AND (2) deception will be aimed specifically on this portion of Scripture.
