The best way to confront the author's of chaos and turmoil is prayers for deliverance and some tough love. Sometimes the best answer we can give our kids and grandkids is no. It's important our kids and grandkids learn how to deal with being told no. We don't always get what we want in life and it's better to learn from caring loving parents who care enough about their kids or grandkids to tell them no when it's appropriate. Spare the rod and spoil the child. Telling our loved ones no is right in God's Own Word. Saying no to our kids and grandkids may make them upset at the time but will likely teach them how to deal with rejection. Whether personal relationship or business, we all need the skill of dealing with rejection and being told no. Let's say our loved one applied for a business loan and is turned down. If they never heard no at home they are poorly equipped to deal with being turned down for the business loan. Without ever being told no by parents, some have lost their minds and commit stupid crimes out of the inability to cope with rejection from the lending institution. We need to teach our kids and grandkids the value of being told no rather than spoiling our kids perspectives throughout their own lives.
