What is the significance of him reading for the Legacy Standard Bible? I’m not familiar with that translation. Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with plain English translations as long as it’s not a progressive translation or changes the meaning of scripture.

Pastor John MacArthur deceives himself and others especially his congregation though ignorantly. What's sin? Sin is a sexual relationship between husband and wife even inside marriage because no marriage produces sinless children, but John didn't understand. So, he preaches the good the evil and vice versa. So, he never understands sin, salvation or redemption but preaches and his audiences aren't understanding as well.

Some have physical reasons why they can’t.

There is no requirement to stand. And many people are unable to physically. I am one of them. I can’t usually stand for more than a couple of minutes and have to sit back down. No one should feel forced or shamed at how they honor God in church.
