Once you realize some truths you can’t look at religion the same way again. I left religion when I was in my late 30’s and now I feel it’s good to show people what the Bible really says and it’s nothing like what we were taught growing up.

My relationship with God is so personal. I've seen too many Christians lead a different life from what they preach, and so many living in fear. Constantly worrying about sin. I can't live like that.

When Christians realized the Bible can't be justified they switched the theme to a " personal relationship with God". How can that be possible? A relationship requires communication between two parties. Does God speak to you? How do you know what he wants?

@@RobertCharles-i1k great question. There isn't a "voice " that comes to me. When I calm myself and meditate I usually just talk to him then let him know I'm listening to him. When he speaks to me it usually just a vision he puts in me or a really good idea I'd never think of.

I was a minister for many years. Was a pastor of a small church and òne that grew large. I felt worse than I did before l started. One Sunday morning not letting anyone know beforehand I resigned. Went to work for a hospital and felt like I was helping patients. Not in a religous way just assisting Doctors. Finally I was at peace with myself.

I left the “church” years ago. Best move ever. It’s a hard transition to make and it’s painful, but it’s worth it. When I reached and studied what I was taught to believe, I found out that I was sold a bad bill of goods. Thank you brother for your video and you work to help others leave the dogma of the church.

Indeed! I left Christianity about 3 years ago after learning that it was a Greek New Testament lie. Now I've returned back to the REAL Law in the Torah (first 5 books) or so-called Old Testament and as a so-called black man I'm reclaiming my stolen Israelite identity and heritage! @@whiskeredtuna Coming from someone who doesn't understand the terminology around the concept of an open mind. Truth is an absolute there is no need to be open or closed off to it. It simply is and it doesn't matter what we believe it never changes. The reason for needing an open mind is when you have a belief that claims itself to be truth. But is inconsistent with the way it presents itself. The bible is a good example of that inconsistency. Multiple books smashed together and all of them contradict the other. Yet the book claims to be the perfect word of god. For a book that claims to be perfect it sure has a hard time agreeing with itself.

I do not believe in the Christian line of, Jesus died for our sins, and you must believe this or go to hell." I have no use for such nonsense. I believe in "God" as All That Is and Unconditional Love. Unconditional Love, by definition, does not judge nor does It throw any being into a place known as Hell (which is, in reality, an illusion and if you find yourself there upon your death, a simple plea to "God" for rescue will dissolve this illusion immediately. I'm right there with you. I still go to my church, but I just go for fellowship. If most people are honest, they're getting nothing from the church that empowers them to take control of their lives. We are not critical thinkers as the pastors tell us what to think. If we're critical thinkers we would question "if the master teacher Jesus, tells us the kingdom of heaven is within us, why do we have to die to go there?". Think people. Like you I've had some experiences that caused me to question some stuff and I'm right there with you. The cognitive dissonance I'm going through is very real but I'm glad I know the truth.

Yes I agree with you, if we cannot question a religion/have a religion provide answers then it just proves that it’s not worth calling it “perfect” or “God spoken/written”. Pastor finally understands the Gospel after 30 years. What lots of people (even pastors) don't (yet) understand. God created us according to His own image and likeness. Godly. Mankind/the first Adam fell. The image of God in man got lost. That's why there is all this predicament on earth (selfishness, greed, lust, wars, sicknesses, death, etc). We are all born into that mess. For the fall of man a perfect atoning sacrifice had to be made.... that is what God did in Christ. With His own once and for all perefect sacrifice, He paid the debt for the fall of man for us, so we can be indwelled by His Spirit again and finally receive the divine life of the ages back, the first Adam let got of in the fall of man. An amazing act of grace and love by our creator. That is what you see happening in Christ's first disciples. They too healed all and walked in unselfish love. And yes.... that is still avaible today. The holy blood is in place, the Holy Spirit is here to give us understanding, power and transform us back to origin. Not to be debated about, but to be embraced and be-come. So: The Kingdom of God already came. Through Christ, in Spiritform, in those that understand. Hence the divine healing miracles we experience. God manifested in Christ to give us back the divine life mankind lost in the fall of Adam. Christ, the exact image of the invisible God. The image we were created after in Gen 1. The image we lost in the fall of man. The image that can be freely restored by Christ's blood and Holy Spirit working IN us. What a plan. What a solution. What a love. What a God. Jesus is amazing. It is the ultimate conclusion of the word and plan of God. God came full circle. He Himself stooped down from glory to restore us back to original created value: Christlikeness. I think most people talk about leaving Christianity ( a believe system ) , but those same people hardly talk about leaving Jesus, and this is because they never knew him. Jesus is not a believe system . Jesus is a person , and once you meet him or know him , you can never leave him. ITS NOT about performing Miracles or casting out demons...its about knowing JESUS. coz even Pharos sorcerers turned their sticks to snakes just like Moses !!! again , its not about the miracles ... its about knowing Jesus. life may "seem" to contract the bible at times , but deep down you know Jesus is with you. and you kept by him . we walk by faith and not by sight. our experiences don't dictate the truth of God's word. let god be true and every man a liar . my brother thanks for sharing the word with me , we are complete in him . and I will see you one day .

Just as black is not white just because someone said it, as with Christianity (followers of Christ) can not be said to be True Christianity just because someone says it is. True Christianity is an eastern way of life, taken over and changed by people who learned of a people whom were the true followers of Christ and the way of life into a religious practice, so they may capture these people that already followed Christ out of culture to follow them. The first Christian countries in true history were Egypt and Ethiopia, which shows that the oppressors did not teach true Christianity, which by the way had a Black Christ who spoke vehemently against oppression and the oppressors! I too started going to church as a child to learn of god, and to find help reading the bible. To learn definitions of words I didn't know. *I found nobody in the church was willing to teach me the meanings, or read the entire stories as written.* LIES EVEN TOLD OF ME IN CHURCHES! I’m about ready to walk away from Christianity after 4 years of pure confusion and pointless costly sacrifices that have ruined my social life. Living according to your emotions/feelings makes you unstable and a slave to temporary pleasures. You dont have a solid foundation therefore changing direction like the wind and not being able to have purpose in life which is necassary for a healthy life. Religion fills this void and gives your life meaning and by not gving into every trivial temptation you build a stronger character that leads you to more long-term meaningful pleasures that you get through accomplishment by bringing your goals to full fruition. These are the prinicpals taught in the Bible to make us great men of character solid as a rock and unbreakable/unshakeable. However you get to decide the type of experience you want from this life as you are given free will. Deep down inside do you not feel you are more than the temporary pleasures you seek? The goal in this life is to reach your highest potential and best version of your self. God is there to help you do that. If you want to feel something then go ahead and face your fears instead of numbing yourself with transient pleasures. Then you will have your mind so occupied there will be no room for boredom. We are here to do somnething meaningful and not sit in comfort under just the perfect temperature using the air conditioner.

I think that people find it threatening when people leave Christianity because it isn’t for them. It makes them question their beliefs and that scares them. Those of us that have left understand that it has nothing to do with one particular church or pastor. It’s the religion as a whole and the damage done in the name of it. My parents and sister are still very religious and I don’t try to deconvert them. Spirituality is a personal choice and I honestly find the philosophical parts of Buddhism (minus all the supernatural crap) to be more in line with my values. The idea of taking responsibility for my actions and separating myself from my thoughts is more helpful than believing in demonic influence when bad stuff happens lol. You keep doing you. Thanks so much for your honesty. For me it was the list of "Do's and Don'ts" that made me feel inadequate and further away from God. Finally I decided to leave church, not saying everyone should, but I needed to be uninfluenced and started studying the New Covenant on my own. See in the beginning I was sold out on the unconditional love and safety in the Saviour. Although having good intentions, when churches preach law it becomes a whole legalistic religious organization that robs us of our true identity and freedom that we are supposed to have. What I found is that religion says "Fix yourself and God/we will accept you" while the original Gospel says "Come just as you are and I will give you righteousness/(okayness) as a gift". Religion says "You have to work hard to stay forgiven and right" while the true Gospel says "With a single sacrifice I have made you perfectly accepted and irreversibly forgiven for ever". Religion says "You have to work to get close to God" the Gospel says "You cant get closer to your Father as He is in you and you are in Him". Religion says "God is in love with a future version of you" while the Gospel of Grace says "Dad loves you as you are right now unconditionally and is NEVER GOING TO CHANGE in this irreversibly restored relationship". Religion says "You are not good enough" and the true Gospel of Grace says "You are fully accepted, with a new heart which is righteous, holy and blameless. That's your identity, now live from your heart and be yourself". Religion is a bunch of rules to follow as a prerequisite to acceptance versus the Gospel of Grace providing immediate irreversible acceptance which will produce the "works"/performance over time, but our performance is SECONDARY to the "Work Christ did". I think an issue that remains unresolved in this situation is that the “gospel” is still inherently self-focused since the entire point of it is to rescue an individual from hell. As long as the gospel is about making an individual decision for Christ in order to be saved, then this dilemma remains. Those who have not said the magic prayer are still going to hell in this paradigm, so it leads to us/them, me/you thinking.

It's quite interesting how MOST people as they gradually grow up don't make the connection that RELIGION is MYTHOLOGICAL, SUPERSTITION, and FAKE and merely a HUMAN INVENTION. I made this connection early in my life when I was around 16 or 17. I'm 50. How? By realizing the following... 1. An omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient being doesn't need to communicate to his alleged creation through human letters and language written by humans. 2. An omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient being wouldn't need or require ANYTHING from his alleged creation. 3. An omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient being would not require or need HUMAN MONEY. 4. An omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient being would not HUMANS to SPEAK ON ITS BEHALF. 5. An omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient being has NEVER contacted me and told me ANYTHING. It's just that SIMPLE. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I left Christianity in a snap of a finger. I no longer follow their doctrine practices. But I still believe in Jesus just for the sake of believing. Right now I’m living a normal life without being either condemned or convicted of things that many Christians consider them a sin.

All I can say as Simeon who grew up in a similar way and had fear installed in me, I went my on way and came back to Jesus. All I can say is as you are doing your research, don’t rule out research on Christianity and why people that have been believers in the past were believers. Christianity is a confused doctrine. They say Jesus is God but Jesus himself said I will go to my God. They say Jesus said if you see me you see the father. But again Jesus himself says I will go to my father.

@@Jasonmuckonline Jesus is only a man, a prophet and a preacher of God. In RSV Luke 11, Jesus Christ taught his disciples how to to pray. “Father, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. 3 Give us each day our daily bread;[a] 4 and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive every one who is indebted to us; and lead us not into temptation.” Clearly, he didn't tell them to pray to him but directed their prayer towards God Almighty. I can show you more evidences if you want. Don't blindly listen to your church but read your Bible (RSV) from cover to cover and may God guide you. PS: He has not been deceived, you are.

No surprise here. Just a fulfillment of the word of God regarding the apostasy and apostates who abandon the Lord and perish. Who wants to listen to how you rejected the truth. Those who endure to the end shall be saved. Those who abandon the faith just reveal they were never saved. Any true believer who has been born again and loves the Lord Jesus Christ will never leave his side. As the Apostle Paul said. He who loves not the Lord Jesus Christ let him be accursed. 1 Corinthians 16.22. Those who abandon the faith show they do not trust or love the Lord. Enough of excuses, then go into the world and perish with it!

It is very sad to see good people looking for God and the true path to him but they get lost in their search. Brother, please for God's sake look into the message of Islam that God sent us to guide us through this life. Just read the Quran, you owe it to your self so you don't go through life without knowing you have made your decision based on knowledge. The Quran have all the answers you will ever need/look for.
