Yes, generational demons are very real, When we become Christian they lose some of their influence over the family, and they can try and make family members turn against us because we have Jesus. Praise the Lord, Jesus is more powerful and we can bind their influence. I pray your family meets with Jesus and then that demon leaves your family. Because you are Born Again and washed in the Blood of Jesus having sins forgiven the demons have no legal right into your life. What about an extreme aversion to people, one that borders on hate? What about extreme anger? What if these so-called demons don't have a dislike for God? What if they hate people because they're promiscuous or deceitful or selfish? How do you reconcile this?

An extreme aversion to people can be a mental health issue or a personality disorder causing frustration and anger in the individual. However, demons can do seek to isolate a person to gain more influence over them, those with demons can become very angry and hateful, normally the person has given the demon an opportunity to get a foothold in their life (Ephesians 4: 26 “Be angry, yet do not sin.” Do not let the sun set upon your anger, 27and do not give the devil a foothold). If a person has a demon in them you can be praying for them without them knowing and they will become angry and feel hate. Extreme anger can be demonically driven. Romans 8:7 because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, Our sinful nature is hostile towards God. A demon is sinful and evil, that demon will hate God and will hate people. A demon may seek to deceive people by being an angel of light pretending to be righteous, but it's all a part of the satanic trap to capture a person to lead them further away from God.

Yes. During times of extreme anger or sadness was when I'd have sleep paralysis. They will wear you down. Maybe this is really why we shouldn't go to sleep angry. I was taught also to never go with something if it come to you at night and ask you to leave with it. As a child that's a weird rule to be taught isn't it? I'm glad she did though because when. It did happen (once) I couldn't move. I could move my eyes.....it said "nevermind" and left. Christianity is a highly supernatural faith and somehow over 2,000 years most churches forget this or think it's superstition. It's not.

Our mind during fear, panic etc... tends to remain exposed to things that exist whether we believe in them or not. The same thing happens when "playing" with spiritualistic sessions, for example... We can do it as a joke, since we are CONVINCED that CERTAIN THINGS DO NOT EXIST... but this is what strengthens "these things..." not believing that they exist... if you do not believe that certain entities exist and you have weaknesses of your own OR created by the entity... precisely FEAR is a big OPEN DOOR. Hi ! I stumbled across your video when looking for signs of possession in people. Me and my mum were talking about a time I worked in a carehome for severe challenging behaviours and I saw immense strength and sinister behaviour from two individuals which I felt was abnormal. One lady spoke in a uknown language sometimes and wrote the same symbols in a book over and over again whilst looking up and talking to something that wasnt there. I did wear a small cross under my top that she couldnt see when I entered her room and then she wouldnt want me near her. Times before I didnt wear it she would approach me which i thought was strange. Is all this behaviour common to see with people who have spirit attachments or is this just mental illness?

Hi, Great to hear from you. Yes, it does sound like some kind of demonic activity going on. Speaking in an unknown language is a big indicator of demonic interference, it would be interesting to know what sort of symbols were being drawn. With mental health, you do get people writing and drawing symbols, but if they are not learnt but known symbols and languages that's not mental health. A reaction to Christian symbolism is also an indicator of demonic possession, and not knowing the cross is there again that does sound like the demonic at work as it reveals hidden and not known knowledge. Sometimes when praying for people, I will test them by asking what is in my bag, if they know all three items its evidence of a spirit at work. It is also interesting that those with spirits can get very angry and agitated in the presence of a Christian. Spirits will try to influence people's thinking and behaviour. Have you tried praying silently as you go about the care home and pray for individuals without them knowing, spirits will know that you are praying and sometimes react, this is another way of discerning what is mental illness and demonic attachment?

Once I was praying for a person and i don't think more than 30 seconds had past before some woman walked in the door and emmediately started an argument with her. My aunt told me that one time she was praying for a man eating food at a restaurant and he left almost emmediately and didn't finish his food. So I think demons can definitely know when you're praying and will retaliate.

This happened to me. We turned off our smart TV and as it went black, we saw an old school Grey alien face that faded backwards into nothing. We screamed, and verified to each other what we saw. I'm positive it was demonic. I have changed my life and so has my girlfriend, we have personal relationships with Jesus now. We also had the hand pushing us up in bed 3 times, perhaps mocking my belief in the Trinity. I could actually feel a strong push. I don't tell many people. This is truth, I wish it never happened, but it pushed me back to Christianity and my life is very different now. I was abandoned as an infant and was in an orphanage in CA for 6 months. I wonder what was done to me there, I have suspicions and feelings of wrong. I know my alcoholism is a generational affliction after meeting my bio family. They are not Christian, and some of them are actively involved in witchcraft and criminality. I consider myself fortunate for being adopted and raised in a Protestant church, Lutheran to be exact. I was prayed over, and i began coughing. Another time, I started laughing. I dont think im fully delivered. I still get depressed and suicide thinking. I have a tough time making decisions. I still get panic attacks. Things that stopped were sexual nature. im not being forced constantly. Spirit spouse is gone. I'm not waking up at 3 am. anymore. Fits of rage is gone. Im still afraid of the dark. I feel like things are following me. Sometimes, I see dark shadows moving around the house. No lights flickering or slamming doors. Every now and then and wake up and will see a huge black spider coming at me from the ceiling. Huge. It did it a few times. When I said in Jesus' name, stop. What it will do. It won't come at me it will stay on the wall. Its not real. Something spiritual.

I am glad you are seeing some breakthroughs, Praise the Lord Jesus for this. When deliverance takes time it can be because the Holy Spirit is teaching us something. The Holy Spirit teaches us how to battle in the spirit. Keep using the name of Jesus against the spider. Demonic spiders seek to immobilise so that you cannot move forward in life. Ask the Lord for Ephesians 3:16 “That He would grant you according to the riches of His glory to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man”. When the inner man is strengthened we can break free from being immobilised. Is there any reason to be afraid of the dark? Were you afraid of the dark as a child? When fear of the dark comes, begin to sing the name of Jesus, May His name give you strength to overcome as strength rises up in you.. Been struggling with fear since I was born, afraid of the dark Since I was a small child. Back in 2012 when I was attacked by demons. That was when I was starting to able to hear things that nobody else could hear. See things that nobody can see. And it freaks me out. I won that battle by screaming the name of jesus and it all stopped for a little bit.

So, I used to ride my bicycle 6 miles to work. Loved it. Some guys thought I was struggling and wanted to help me I guess. The thing is, I didn't want help. I genuinely loved the bike ride and I told him that. It felt like he wasn't really listening to me. He stayed looking worried and sad but also like he wasn't really talking to me directly. Anyways, I turned down the ride but he insisted. At this point, I became upset. Felt like he didn't think I was capable of handling my self. I tried to hold it in....then out of nowhere he said something along the line of "Jesus wants us to help-" and I lost it. I told him that I am fine and I don't need help and to leave me alone. He got shocked and for a second it actually felt like he was listening to me. Then I walked away. He wouldn't even look at me. It's been a year and it's still weird. I have a car now btw. I wanted to reach this goal on my own....but he probably thinks I'm possessed by demons!!!!!

Hey there! I work in recovery with addicts and alcoholics. I recently was trying to help a young man with severe mental illness. As I sat across the room I had an experience. I'm not sure if it's a medical issue or not. His eyes flipped to pure white. Then his eyes rapidly fluttered but it felt like he was starring right at me. I called his name once I realized what happened. He didn't respond for maybe under 50 seconds or so. When he came to he didn't know what happened. I can't stop wondering what took place yesterday. I thought to take a chance and ask to see if you have any thoughts. Thank you for your time! Maybe it's a medical issue?! Just curious if you may have any thoughts.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. It's one of those situations that need a bit of testing. When praying for some people I have seen exactly what you have described as a spirit reacts to prayers and reading of the Bible. But also this could be a petit mal seizure a form of epilepsy that can cause rapid blinking and a stare off into space. No harm in a doctor giving a medical assessment. Sometimes I've just quietly prayed in my head around someone and they have manifested strange behaviour without them knowing I am praying, as a way of testing what is going on, these quite unspoken prayers can help to discern what is physical & spiritual.

Hi, Trevor, I try to base everything I do on the Bible as I know this is a firm foundation unclean spirits do not like. I personal use olive oil, or similar based on James 5:14-15 "If anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven". I know this is praying for a sick person. In the Old Testament Exodus 40:9, they used oil to anoint the Tabernacle and its objects. "Take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and everything in it; consecrate it along with all its furnishings, and it shall be holy". The oil symbolises the Holy Spirit and dedicating something to God like in Exodus 40:9. I don see water and salt being used in the same way as above. I have found it helpful when dedicating a home to the Lord that has spirits in to start with communion, dedicating the home and property to the lord, Then pray in each room as the lord leads anointing with oil. Praise and worship are also helpful for getting rid of spirits as God inhabits the praises of His people and demons don't like that lol.

If things are on your mind speak to a friend you trust and also give these things to God. If the spirits are keeping you awake and messing with your thoughts, it may be good to have someone to pray with you from a local Christian Church. Are you familiar with Ephesians 6 The Armour of God. When it comes to Depression and suicide you have to discern 1) is this an emotional problem, 2) Is this a biological problem (Am I lacking for example a certain vitamin), 3) Is this related to a specific sin, 4) Is this caused by my environment, and finally, the last option is this demonic. And yes it can be a combination of the previous. Sometimes spirits will oppress and cause depression apathy lethargy hopelessness and suicide. Praise and worship can remedy this and put oppression to flight. Some people are more prone to depression than others. Know your strengths and weaknesses. God created us for family, sin and the enemy destroy families. When we become Christian, we have a Christian family but sadly not all churches act like the family they should. I would encourage you to pray for your mum, that she finds Jesus in prison, and God can begin to heal her heart, Forgive her and others for abandoning you, and pray for them. Praise God you are adopted into his family and ask God to fill you with His love for others. You can be reactive or proactive? There are many orphans out there allow God to heal your pain and help others who are alone, rejected and betrayed, you can identify with these people, and you can begin to reveal the Redemptive Love of Jesus to them. You are not alone if you have Jesus, the Holy Spirit is in you and He strengthens and comforts us to care for others. “A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families…” Psalms 68:5-6. May you know the love of Jesus more deeply so darkness flees away from you.

I don't think you're possessed yet, but being oppressed by spirits outside of yourself. to wear you down. It's a spiritual problem and needs a spiritual answer and the answer is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and follow Him. Learning to follow Jesus will put the demons to flight. One of the main areas spirits attack is the mind. Reading out the Gospels and the Psalms can help prevent spiritually invasive thoughts. Spirit-inspired intrusive thoughts can be repelled by rebuking them in the name of Jesus and asking Jesus to put a guard over your mind. I often dream to be in a forest n no matter how i try to find away home but i can't. End up waking up by stepping on thorn accedently or suddenly grab by bloody n strong hand. I dream to be on the top of hill where i can see the top of trees. I feel so close to the sky, i hear a voice 'look around' so i look around. I run n run because i am scared but can't find a way out. I end up waking up because a bloody n strong hand grabs my right hand. I often have a dream in a forest, the point is no matter how i can't find a way n can't wake up if the hand doesn't grab me or accedently i step on a thorn. I sometimes feel the pain where i step on the thorn in my daily life. I also ask how many skies do we have because i know there is only one sky in this world. Diferent cultures have diferent interpretations of it. Some of course interpret it as spiritual. The clincher is if you are experiencing it, there is the profound impression of a presence. This is a difficult question without knowing more details (feel free to email if you like). A Person can slowly be taken over by a demon or quickly. The more a person surrenders to a demon the deeper and quicker the possession will happen. A person thinking can gradually become that of the demons. A person may start saying things they have never learned before, but they just know it. A person's personality may become effected which is more noticeable to others rather than themselves, as they can become more withdrawn and possibly depressed. If the person is dabbling in spirit contact they can become addicted to spirit communication and feel they have to speak to the spirits. There is a strong aversion to things Christian for example a person sees a church or a pastor walking down the road and they suddenly become angry or afraid. A person may be aware of spirits around them feeling they are being watched or a spirit is looking through their eyes. A person may feel their life is cursed. Or dark energy is around them and in them. Jesus never said it would be easy, everyone has their struggles, it's walking with Jesus through the conflict is the key and tricky bit. In the conflict it's choosing to be like Christ, we do all we can to bring peace. Yet we live in a fallen world and sometimes have to walk away from the conflict. If it's an inner conflict ask the Holy Spirit to show you the root of the conflict and the way forward, I found this helpful when I've felt conflict rising up. Just because you have conflict does not mean you are possessed.

It’s always a bit concerning when someone’s face changes like that, I’ve seen it happen a few times. I would share this experience with your pastor if they are open to spiritual warfare, someone else may have experienced the same as yourself, and told the pastor, and you may bring confirmation. The lady may have no idea that her face had just changed and the Lord may be revealing to you that she needs some deeper ministry. As she is a Christian some of her ancestors may have been skinwalkers (but we must not jump to sudden conclusions without understanding her full history), she would need to renounce this and be cut off from those spirits, I would suggest that such prayer would be done with another mature Christian present who understands spiritual warfare. All spirit guides should also be confessed and renounced. Encourage her to keep seeking Jesus, reading the Bible, worship and prayer, as we submit to God these things leave. With out knowing all the details, I would not let them know everything i think and do, sadly you may have to create some distance between them, not easy, but may be nessecary, If you can find someone you can talk this through with a pastor locally or a councelor that would be good. Hi, I can only imagine how frustrating this ringing in your head is. I would not think that this is a sign of demonic possession as normally there is more than one indicator for possession. However, having said that it may be an affliction caused by a spirit that does not have full control of you. Jesus healed the mute man and he also cast out a mute spirit (Mark 7:31-37, Mark 9:25). some spirits can imitate physical illnesses. I would encourage you to get medically checked by a doctor if possible. Also, have some Christians pray for you who believe in healing and deliverance. If you think its a spirit at work, why do you think that?

Someone near and dear to me is becoming something unrecognizable. Our sister dies 2yrs ago, and her death has hit us all very hard. She was only 34. Well my family set up an memorial spot in their home with her favorite things. Well now this person has been talking to it and asking it questions. I believe they think they are talking to our sister, but I believe that a demon is taking over. Since this happened this person is now behaving irrationally, erratically, and down right evil. They have moments of clarity and seek help, but it doesn't last. Could they have brought a piece for their memorial that had evil attatched to it? This never happened until then. Hi. I'm so sorry for your loss, losing a sister is so painful. It is possible for a spirit/demon to attach to an object and pretend to be your sister. I'd first make sure it's not mental health a break down due to loss and greif. Once this is ruled out it could be a spirit. I think of 'possession' as when people do crazy unhinged things eg the recent Plymouth massacre. No doubt not a believer anyway. Hi, it may be worth having another mental health check up just to rule anything out. Sleep should refresh and invigorate our natural faculties. If we wake up and we feel dullness of mind and heaviness of spirit, it sounds like a spiritual attack. Dreams of being chased especially by demons can be demonic as they seek attention. Remove any occultic items from your home. Pray over your house and bedroom dedicating the property to God. Pray for the protection of the Blood of Jesus over your bedroom and for peace to fill your bedroom. Before sleeping, pray along the lines of: Dear Heavenly Father Forgive me for all of my sins and deliver me from evil. I dedicate my dream world and life to you. I ask for Heavenly protection over my mind before I sleep. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and ask for His portion over my mind. You're not crazy brother. I've been renting a room at a boarding house for 2 years now. When I first moved in I had a nightmare I was being chased by demons and I was very scared. In the dream I was yelling for my grandma but they continued but as soon as I said "in the name of Jesus Christ...." I didn't finish saying it when they vanished and I awoke quick. I messed up staying here because right now they got me by the balls but it has also made my faith stronger in God. And I pray everyday. With that said you aren't possessed, you are oppressed. They're sending you intrusive evil thoughts so you can do something bad, that gives them the green light to possess you. So stay strong, pray to God, and move away or get delivered. People who are demon possessed choose to be demon-possessed. It is not accidental. They make many bad moral decisions to let this happen. Hi, Crystals and incense you could say are neutral and come from Gods creation. Revelation 21:19 19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; and Revelation 8:4 The smoke of the incense, mixed with the prayers of God’s holy people, ascended up to God from the altar where the angel had poured them out. The problem is for us we live in a fallen world. Incense and crystals/stones have been hijacked by the enemy. So many burn incense for eastern meditation or for their god, crystals are often used for healing and protection. It is what the enemy attaches to incense and crystals are the problem. I have met a number of people who have placed more faith in crystal healing than in Jesus. I have also met people who claim the crystals choose them and called to them! Personally, when I see a crystal it points me to the beauty of Gods creation, Do I own crystals, no because it would be a stumbling block to others, Do I burn incense, again no because it would be a stumbling block to others in the faith who are coming out of eastern meditation. If we are placing our faith in crystals and incense we run the risk of connecting to a spirit working through that object. But one day we shall see the beauty and amazing smells in heaven.

This does sound serious and like a spirit trying to control her. Has this ever happened before? Has your gf been into any spiritual things for example angel cards, ouija, spiritualism, Wicca or a family member or a close friend? Does she have any occult items pentagrams, dream catchers if so get rid of them? as these can act as an anchor point for spirits. She sounds like she is open spiritually. Has she brought anything back from the block of flats? get rid of it. The best thing to do is to ask Jesus into both your lives, confess sin to Him and ask for the cleansing of the Blood of Jesus. The Blood of Jesus shed on the cross of Calvery can also act as a Holy deterrent to all evil spirits causing them to react and leave. On your phone, you could look up Psalm 23 and Psalm 51 and see if your gf can read them out loud, see if there is a reaction! If there is a reaction, let me know. Does she fall into trances? Is she normally mentally stable?
