Pastor is very unrealistic . She can apologize and make amends like donate money to marriage counseling or create a faith based marriage counseling organization and hand it over to a church or other management, or donate to 1 for 3yrs etc but you cannot ask her to kill her livelihood in order to atone for her sins. Very unrealistic pasta! I like listening to some of your points but your being unrealistic and very impractical. You as father or "father" should see this.
