I will say this and this is only my opinion. This is the old time Gospel that got us through the Civil Rights movement and kept the black community strong and moving forward. This is the type of Church that made sure we wouldn't get too far out of God's will. Now we have become "too educated" for this and look at our community now. There was a time in the black community when you would hear the news talk about a mass shooting, suicide, or murder suicide, and you knew it couldn't be someone black who had done it. Now you never know. It is because we have left this type of Gospel and have gone to this new age stuff where our children grow up no longer understanding or feeling the power of God in their lives. We need to get back to this type of Church to bring our community back to God.
