I had this feeling in my body few yrs ago and I google it and the respond was I have diabetes and didn't play to cry, God why me? This is how we do things and bring problem upon ourselves that we don't have Instead of looking to God I looked at google and was scressing myself for nothing*

You are a soul, you have a spirit and you live in your body. Your soul is your person which makes your personality, what makes you an individual. Your soul is self, the essence of who you are. Your soul was created in God’s image in Genesis 1:26-28. Your body was formed from dust in Genesis 2:7, your spirit was given to you when God breathed into the nostrils of the man, the spirit gave you life. That’s why you became a living soul. Living because, you contact God through your spirit. A man that cannot contact and fellowship with God is deemed dead. Your spirit - God consciousness; your soul - self consciousness; your body - world consciousness. In Ecclesiastes 12:7, we see that the body returns to the ground and the spirit returns to God. The question is, what then happens to you, the soul? Remember Jesus asking in Mark 8:36, what shall it profit a man, if he gains the whole world and lose his own soul. I hope this clarifies
