I’ve gone here for years before I moved to Florida. So glad it’s still open and even happier you’re covering the hidden gems in the city; $10 mystery food cart, m&j deli, pastrami &things. I’ve been unsuccessful commenting for you to go to MOOD. An Indian restaurant at 4th & Girard. Super low key, virtually no parking but the food will blow you away. All of the food is great; Chicken Tika Marsala eaten with their garlic naan is my personal favorite.

(from Philly to U) I occasionally stop at that spot to enjoy their food and I must say I give it a thumbs up 👍....BUT.. outside of that building of SEPTA's Headquarters there's also a food court right on the corner 13th and market you will always see a line out there for that food cart their food is on fleet👍

It's Def the bread I can't remember the name of the bakery but they deliver to every restaurant in the city...ik this cuz I'm from Baltimore but delivered food to restaurants in Philly twice a week for 3 years and I'd always get to a stop and see the bread man was already there...granted some shops aren't as good as others but it's not cuz of the bread...here in Maryland we have a similar bakery called amoroso but it's not the same

J.L yo brother I believe they have been there for more than 15 years. I remember eating there back in the 90's. But yeah they got some of the best pastrami in Philadelphia. And I'm very picky when it comes down to pastrami. Being I grew up in Brooklyn N.Y and having them old school Jewish deli's all around Before moving to Olney for year's. Can't find a lot of the good eats from Philly and NYC down here in Florida Brother . Next time you come down to Florida with the family stop by I'll take you and the family fishing on my boat. Maybe even give you guys some Florida flavor of some of our wild game on the smoker or BBQ.
