A poptart is more like a quick, more portable version of that made for breakfast instead of dessert. I may be wrong on some parts of the but that's just how I see the two pastries.

She is not kidding, I had a full-blown WTF moment when I heard she said: "At lease 600 psi". The pressure cooker is about 12-15 psi, Commercial kitchen pressure chamber is 15-20 psi and those can destroy a kitchen if handled improperly. 25 is what we use in workshops for small scale mold casting, +150 psi is what most food companies use for their stuff. +450 is what you use in factories for large scale die casting, +600 psi is what foundries use for casting steel. Skyscrapers are built to withstand forces from outside and the base of the building, so if a 600 psi chamber goes off in a skyscraper it will take out at least a floor clean off. I don't even know if BA office can fit the equipment, and who is the crazy person that thought "Let's make candies in a 600 psi pressure chamber!".
