Hello Rue, thank you for watching and reading the book! :🥰 To tell the truth, the ideas just come to me, sometimes I dream desserts and flavor combinations! 🙂 However, these steps will get you results: 1.Learn all about ingredients and pastry techniques (you have my book and my website at your disposal) 2.Think about sweets all day long 3.Experiment, experiment, experiment, don't let the failure discourage you, and then experiment some more! I did the hazelnut tart from your recipe 3 weeks ago and it was so well balanced and delicious. I’ll keep practicing and I’ll absolutely be asking you along my journey any questions I have.
