Hitting a helmetless guy in the head is the one thing that you just can't do on the field, especially with the dude's own helmet. I knew Garrett was going to have to do this because it's his only out. Millions are on the line. The reason Garrett was given another chance is because Mason Rudolph sucks. But once his accusation was leaked to the world I guess he didn't/couldn't admit he lied in a hearing, therefore he didn't come clean. Polygraphs prove nothing. They are a psychological tool designed to get confessions, nothing more. As told to me by an Ohio State Trooper during the recruitment process, after undergoing 2 back to back polygraph tests as part of my background investigation.

2:33 disagree. not ok for ANY human to say it, regardless of race. dividing people based on race & saying "oh it's not ok for you to use this word because of your skin color" is the exact problem we're trying to avoid as a society. it shouldn't be ok for anyone to say it, regardless of skin color

brad carter having an adult point of view isn’t being a social warrior. Being a hatful person is just trashy. Any racial slur is inappropriate. But being so fragile that you feel the need to harm someone over a word is significantly worse than saying it.

I'm from the Netherlands, and I want to get something straight. So, if I understand this correctly. It is perfectly fine for black people to say the so called "n-word" because they are black, and it isn't okay for a white person to say the "n-word", because they are white. This is the definition of racism, not being allowed to say something because of the color of your skin. Not a single white person alive in America has anything to do with slavery, and the same goes for black people. If it is such a bad word, then nobody should be allowed to say it. If you let it be determined by the color of your skin, that's pure racism.

Seems like the most likely scenario is that Pouncey or another black lineman said it and he though mason said it. Obviously just speculation but seems the most likely.

@joeldykman75914 жыл бұрын
Even though I dont necessarily believe Garrett, I thought the indefinite ban was a little much. I would have expected a ban for the remainder of the season plus a couple games the next season. But the ambiguity of an indefinite suspension allows for it too look harsh while actually being fairly lenient at the same time. So it was actually fairly strategic on the Leagues part.
