Hi everybody! Sorry I could not upload this video sooner, its Christmas time... and it's so busy!
Here is my first impression... swatches and tutorial for this Pat McGrath Mothership II eye palette, Ze Sublime!

That was UNBELIEVABLE!! You're eye look is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL that I've seen in all the demo's of Pat's Mothership palettes. And I've watched alot lusting after what I can't have. 🙄 🙈 That VR Nectar is something else entirely! Now, that's the way I've always wanted duochromes to perform! Love the winking to give us the full effect. Lol! As I totally understand that the amazing miraculous colors I was seeing was still NOT all that the camera could show. And the swatches didn't do it justice. It's so true sometimes that it's when it's on the eye's where you see the magic. I also find it frustrating too when I'm swatching and that dang camera just can't pick up the beauty of the naked eye. Humf! Makes me wish I was a rich person to buy them all up, especially Sublime and Subversive. Sigh! And I totally agree Pat McGrath needs to make a whole bunch of singles in this formula ~ I'd buy one every month and only wear them! Lol! Definitely do a one palette 3 looks. I for one would LOVE to see your alchemy! Too bad the markup for Canada is higher than it should be (as US$125 conversion to Cdn is not $170) as you deserve to have all of them. 💖

i'm a bit late to the party but i've just ordered this palette. The green and orange colours swung it for me. I was having serious buyers regret tho and wondered if I should have gotten something more wearable for my first one. Now i've seen this i'm so so glad i bought it...looks so lovely on you!

Copper tone, Iconic and Rose dusk works well for crease and outer corner. VR nectar is a stunning shade but so is Bronze. I think Bronze goes really well with Blitz Emerald IMO.

I only have 3 mothership palettes. I have the Celestial Divinity and a quad and one of the six pan. And I think The VR nectar color is one of my favorite colors out of all the shades!

Hi Johanna!! I was wondering if you can do more looks with palette, since it will be arriving in the mail soon. I tried the new year look with what I had available and I loved it. Also I just finished watching the divine rose video and you mentioned that it might pair well with ritualistic rose, would it be possible is you can do some looks?? I’m so sorry to bug you, but I love all the looks you make. I try to replicate the looks regardless if I have the palette or not and I end up loving the looks. Johanna, you created a beautiful look with this palette! The lid color shines like diamonds! Is it possible to compare the Pat Mcgrath pallets to Natasha Denona or are their formulas completely different? Do you like one brand more than the other?

Hi Karla! Thank you! I love ND eyeshadow's formula. I slightly prefer her mattes, they are very soft and "buttery" and you get more of these in her palettes in general compared to PMLabs. The formula for the duo-chrome eyeshadows for the Pat McGrath is quite unique, that VR Nectar makes me want to have more of her palettes! She is coming with a Mothership IV: Decadence Eye very soon and it looks like it's going to be all sparkly duo-chrome and satin shadows palette. I'll swatch the ND green Brown palette next to the Sublime, to see if its possible to do a comparison video. I'll let you know:) The only thing I regret about the Natasha Denona's palettes is you never get a black eyeshadow... Hope it helps a little bit!

Priyanka Gupta hi! There are some similarities but no exact dupes: blitz emerald pulls definitely more green, more sparkly and slightly more sheer than Throne (prism). Bronze 005 has more shine than pyramid or eternal and colour wise would be in between those 2. And then, Parallel (prism) has more red than the brown matte shade from PML but close enough! I loved the Prism palette, I did a 3 looks one palette video for it if it helps! 😉

Oouuuh.... that's a tough one! I love the green brown palette! I feel like you can come up with more easy everyday looks with the ND one... but you don't have a black shadow... so when you want a more dramatic look, you will have to use the dark brown colours to make it smokey or dark green ones... I just created another look last night with the Mothership II, using the black and green (will be up soon in my channel) and it was a beautiful look for New Years Eve... Christmas... or a very special event... You get way more eyeshadows with the ND one, but it's also more expensive... It depends what you need, and maybe what you are missing in your collection! VR Nectar is a game changer though... Hope it was helpful!
