Its sad that his organist and synthesizer man who is Lyle Mays is gone and Mr.Mays was great in a lot of things that he did until his passing and Pat too this thing hard and enjoyed all of the musical contributions that he did and now pat will just move on from this tragedy now.

Mark Evans,direct friend of Jaco, he study bass with him. From Jaco learn to double the line on recording. Is not Chorus effect. It Is a double recorded bass,that s the sound!

I ❤ this whole album. To me, this was Pat Metheny at his best and the most underrated record out his entire catelog. I couldn't stop listening to this one, love❤San Lorenzo and Phase Dance mote.. but actually listened to this classic much more..❤

I listened it a thousand times in my car...and I never heard an analogue recording so, so acurate. All instruments clearly and analytic.Specialy the sound of the drums.Danny at it's best! Simply my favourite track since over 20 years!

Everyone on this track stands out-so beautifully integrated!!! Drums at the end, bass slips in and out, Lyle washing over it all and those fluid lines by Pat. 8:16 on is perfect
