The reason why Pat was so underrated, is simple: In real life, he was one of THE most easy-going, down-to-earth human beings I had the pleasure to meet. Real to the bone. No need to strike the Rock Star posse - And, man, he could PLAY!

I knew he was a good drummer. I'm a drumner. I knew he was a good person from reports. Thanks for the insight. On his last tour with Mr. Matt Star took over on 2017 tour when Pat could no longer play, but was on side of stage playing tambourine. I cried seeing that video, but that shows what a great guy and ultimate musician he was. BTW he played the hell out of that tambourine... RIP Pat.

He's good, he's different than John Bonham, Ian Paice, Mike Portnoy or Neil Peart. He got his own style just like 4 legends above. All this happen is because of this god drummer #Webb #Krupa #Rich #Bellson #Shaughnessy #Gadd
