also the side pockets on the micro are higher, so they are above the harness, this is a more technical jacket than the nano which could be more oriented towards everyday use

Thank you for the review. Noting more of the jackets differences may be useful, especially the micro being more ‘puffy’ and having more and different internal pockets.
@meandmyjackets Жыл бұрын
Thank You, I'll do my best to show the differences. I also have videos on each piece individually, where I try to go into a bit more detail on that specific jacket.

Hey there, a quick(ish) way to tell them apart is the baffling and stitching. The Nano Puff is a more "brick and mortar" style of baffle and stitching. The Nano Puff looks more "tetris-y" to me and the Patagonia Down sweater has straight horizontal baffles. Cheers and gl with the channel

how would you compare the Nano Vs Micro puff back and sleeve lengths? are they similar or is the Micro longer for both?
@meandmyjackets4 ай бұрын
I don't have them anymore to compare, but as far as I can remember, I did not notice a difference in them.

Hi Chris. Just one question out of curiosity: do you own all these jackets or do you buy and the return? How many do you have in total? Could be cool to see your whole collection some day in a video! Thanks and keep it up!
@meandmyjackets Жыл бұрын
I started this channel just doing Arc'teryx stuff, as I do own about 40 pieces from them. But recently I am trying to expand to doing videos about other companies products as well. For the most part, I am buying and returning those, as I simply can't afford to buy all these jackets, and I honestly I don't need any more. And my wife would kill me, if I keep spending money on a ton of jackets that I can't wear as I have too many already. 🙂 But I want to continue to provide as much information about as many different jackets as I can! Thank you for your support!

Funny they charge so much for something made out recycled plastic
@meandmyjackets Жыл бұрын
I would guess that they still have to make a jacket out of it, no matter what the material is. Maybe even an extra step involved to get the recycled material. I don't know, but I'm guessing.🙂
@bmd6343 Жыл бұрын
Anything that’s recycled is nearly always unfortunately more expensive. Someone has to pay for it and it ain’t going to be the manufacture.

I like their stuff and respect their unique reputation in the industry but it's still just soft goods, specialized though they be.... it's as much marketing and brand development as much as anything else. Great customer service for sure but there's a reason haters call em Pradagonia too 😊

I hear you, their products are nice, some better than others, but their reputation and popularity is huge. Overall, I think they market more toward everyday people, with some technical appeal for others looking to use it for more active mountain uses. Not bad products at all, but I think other companies make more technical pieces with more specialized materials and features. @@MegaMikeArnold
