-Salt: 1/4 tsp. (2g)
-Rice flour: 180g
-Tapioca flour: 20g
-Oil: 1 tbsp. (8-10g)
-Active Dry Yeast: 1/2 tbsp. (4g)
-Very warm water: 2 tbsp. (30g)
-Sugar: 1/2 heaping tbsp. (10g)
Steam for 35 minutes
