Hae caroline Mugure,we need to do something for this lady.she is depressed actually over nothing and feels like its the end of the world if you have HIV. She has isolated herself and that's why she is sinking into depression. We have to reach out to her as quickly as possible my dear,lm in Kenya .She is very depressed.

Joy accept yourself and the situation surrounding you. I would advice you seek a counselling session and preferably from a concellor who doesn't know you. That will help you heal the wound in your heart. Try to stop acknowledging him as the only person who can make you live. God is there and he knows what is facing you let go and move on for the sake of your health

My sister took me in at the age of 10, I have been leaving with her for 18years , I didn't knew she took me in to keep her company after her husbands death , she has one kid , all this time I never knew what she was going through till the day I got a job in Narobi and I invited her , she opened up to my girlfriend that she has been living with HIV for 20years now , all she did was to accept that's when she asked Mom if she could stay with me so that she could never feel humiliated 😰😰😰
