Dr. Kausthub Desikachar, when it come to Yoga Sutras; Samadhi Pada is one of my favorite contents, just the ideal of connecting the mind eye to an object of choosing is one of the greatest States of being. In today's world man needs more stronger connection towards Patanjali Yoga Sutras. In America, we have people who are not living a healthy life style or a state of mind. Maybe that is why we have so much violence with children shooting children, or adults addictions that they can not break. That is why I says : " NOT just in America, or India; but for all of man kind : " Know thy sheer self!"
