Patapon 3 - Garuru DLC

In this release, I modified some of the mission data to load the proper loot and also imported the old background, the one used in Patapon 2.
This mission wouldn't have been possible without Owocek's packer tool, which is a part of his work in progress project: Patamodder.

Notes:
• NOTE: Custom Firmware is needed to load the DLC in all the official platforms (PSP, PSVita, etc), excepting on emulators (PPSSPP, JPCSP). The files do not cause infection/memory corruption.
Installation:
To install the custom mission you need to download the file I uploaded, and then unpack it with software like 7z or WinRAR. Inside the packed file, there's a folder that contains the .EDAT DLC file.
That file needs to be moved to the corresponding folder in each device and version of the game. The location of those folders is memstick*/PSP/GAME.
*memstick = Root directory (PSP/PSVita's memory stick, PPSSPP's installation directory).
Inside the game folder, you need to create a folder with the ID of your version of the game and drop all the DLC files there. Here's a list with all the IDs.

So, as I was reading the description, how is it possible to load DLC to PSVita? Does it work for NA or only for EU (As I remember some countries had the DLC support for Patapon 3 on PSVita)?

Welp, my vita is 3.68, so I don't think that's possible, also I'm not good for coding and I'm a little scared about viruses.

if you dont know what you're doing then i would hold off on firmware until you know what its going to do and the small stack of risks it carries viruses are possible (on PC, and i guess vita could get something along the lines of that?) but i personally havent seen any yet. although i never looked for firmware for a vita in specific. i would put more research into it (just kinda go around google) before you decide.

Oye!, resulta que cargué la misión con el background original, cargó todo bien, después, luchando contra Garuru, se transformó en bestia, hizo el ataque laser, pero al instante murieron mis Pataponis, osea, el laser pareciese haberse bugueado.

La verdad es que no me esperaba que Garuru estuviese tan glitcheado, cuando lo probé había varios ataques que no funcionaban del todo bien pero ahora me doy cuenta de que casi ninguno funciona correctamente. Lo peor es que no es posible arreglarlo sin modificar directamente los archivos del juego :/

you dont edit cheats inside the emulator after you enable them it will create a cheat file inside the PPSSPP save directory in Documents edit: you have to edit the file directly, notepad works.

You need to have the rain dance skill equipped, which you can get from piekron. For yarida (the hero being used) , his hero mode can activate lightning if rain is visible. Oh! one more thing make sure you have at least spear boom leveled up, which is also from piekron, if not, no lightning for u. Hopefully that helped you :) In case its hard to understand ask me other things in case you get stuck ^v^
