I think the reason they don't wanna buff Devil Jin yet is because players are begging for Namco to nerf him before and they did, but now that he's too weak, they wanna buff him back? Namco probably doesn't want to make drastic changes too soon.

Weak patch as usual. Changing the damage down 3 points does absolutely NOTHING to the oppressive nature or improve the fun factor of this heat system. Bamco gotta make more game defining changes or t8 won’t last much longer, its ratings are already plummeting already and i’d hate for that to happen for them being greedy.
