Patch 11.0.5: NEW Currency Transfer Update!

In Patch 11.0.5, transfer currencies to any character, even if they haven't encountered them yet.
Glad this is coming. Dealing with with currency issues during TWW Pre-Patch was just annoying. An extra step, thankfully removed!

This will be a nice QoL improvement. Though all my alts are now passed this being an issue anymore lol
