There are still some ways to look “feminine” or female in the game if you’re using the “American Outlaw hair” (even though they patched that method) Dirty face + stubble can look “feminine” From what I know the “bad shave” isn’t patched anymore And the chin puff can look feminine when you use the following regiments Landwehr Regiment Schlesien Pommersches Landwehr Kavallerie (both are Prussian) Sankt-Peterburzhskoye Opolcheniye (Russian) Landesbewaffnung (Bavarian) You can also use a scarf too if you want. They also added the “English sideburns” and they don’t really look that noticeable depending on the regiment you’re playing as (I’d still add a scarf to hide them) (UPDATE) now there is another hair you can use to look somewhat “feminine” “the curly hair” if you add the “bad shave” and the scarf and the braids makes it kinda look “feminine”.

I honestly believe it's the first reason, I don't understand the implication of the developers being sexist given that the game is set in a era where women weren't allowed unless they tried to disguise themselves as men. But I think they don't have added zombie women because there is no need for that, if we demanded realism in this detail, we would have to add children too, after all, not even they would be free from the plague either. On the other hand, I saw in the comunnity ideas of female classes that would not necessarily be in the army, such as nurses and nuns, but could include some type of militia, since the spread of the plague may have led the population to defend themselves as well.
