47 EYES Heli spawns on roof of police station(where impounded cars go). He goes on roof of building where you have to go for Rooftop Building to spawn it.

+47 EYES Feels more of a smooth video without pausing etc. Some know the streets of Los Santos better than their own backyard and call tell where it is instantly, many haven't played the game yet to do so. goo.gl/mbGE27 I will show more clearly on future videos that'll be more like guides. :)

+intypical. When you spawn in front of the apartment and all players are able to move (right at the start of video) and ends when all players have reached and is sitting in the Dinghy (boat).

I am not sure of a few things, at the beginning why do you need get off the bike, run up those stairs and then go to where the buzzard is? Also afterward why do you land to go in the garage?

+everyneed Apartment location shouldn't affect spawn rate at all, that said it's nothing I've investigated specifically, but I've obtained a heli successfully in heists from at least four different apartment locations. :)

Heli never spawns for me as well. Eclipse Towers apt 3. I heard a rumor that some characters are "bugged" and it never spawns for them. Have you tried using a different character?

Still works, ye. Regarding elite only: It can be a bit hard within elite time, used to be able to restart the time in front of bank when vehicles was made ready, but this was patched in latest update. But after latest update front doors of the bank isn't closed, so one from the Crowd Control team could steal the helicopter while others are in the bank executing the heist. Feel free to ask further, and I also plan to make a video on it, there's already some out the though. :)

If you have issues getting the heli to spawn you can blow the job and restart from outside the bank. The elite doesn't fail.

madebyWITT no I mean like if you have an issue getting the heli and it takes to long. After you place the heli you can do a restart (heli stays) and the elite time restarts

Still working fine to the day. Just make sure you completed flight school in single player on at least one character and you'll never have a problem making it spawn again.
