Your piecing is unique. Is there ever a problem with the unsewn parts of what I see as half square triangles when the quilt is laundered? Beautiful block.😊 Never mind my question! I spoke too soon. Very pretty❣️

❤ thanks for your kind,word, 😊, no there is not any problem, because we sew them at the end

I was going to ask that as well but haven't gotten to the end yet. I was thinking of just snowballing but as I get closer to the end, I see the technique allows for the stunning curves.

Just beautiful! Have you made a quilt using this block? Looks like it could be a QAYG method. Thanks so much!

Could you please give your pieces in inches also I am terrible about trying to figure out cm thank you
@JSTidbitqueen2 ай бұрын
Buy a ruler with centimeter measurements. I got one after liking so many international designs. Really makes my life easier than converting the measurements to inches.

Many rulers have inches on one edge and centimters on the other edge. @@JSTidbitqueen

You can Google the conversations from CM to inches for free just in case you find other patterns in metric.
@judeaquino9457Ай бұрын
I have the same issue with you because I [me and my folks] live on the other side of the world which uses inches and cups, therefore the cooking measurements or rulers for that matter are mostly in inches. Just like you, we have a hard time figuring out the conversion. Of course we can Google it, but you know, I find it an extra bother to search when there should be available instructions. Also it seems there is a slight, just slight, difference between 2.5" and 6cm. (example jelly roll). If you use 6cm you will be slightly short from 2.5". I can be fine with the slightly smaller 6m for instance, however my problem is later when heading to the sewing machine for quarter seam or half inch. Meaning if I will cut by cm measurement then my finished pieces will become smaller. There will be no problem I think if the fabrics are precut. I think the issue may rise only when we cut the fabric ourselves.. we have to choose preference between 5" or 13cm which is slightly bigger this time than 5". This is what drives me crazy, which really is bigger and which is smaller? 😅

Looks very pretty in the photo but I don’t like videos without out people actually giving step by step instructions by talking. You should just have a quilting blog instead, maybe I’d subscribe to it

Nope!!! Talking would have just muddied the waters. It's great just the way it is! Very clear and concise.
