15th/16th Locust Street is currently the western terminus of the PATCO Speedline, but in recent years, a proposal has been made to extend the line further west to 40th Street for a connection with the Market-Frankford Line and the Subway Surface Trolley Lines. Personally, I think this is a great idea with the upcoming trolley modernization program and the improvement of the Market-Frankford Line.
