Make a replacement shutter-flywheel (obturator) for your Pathé Baby 9.5mm projector - without any special tools or materials!
Tools
jig saw, screwdriver, scissors, 6.8mm drill bit, 12mm drill bit, drill press (electrical hand drill can also be used), small Allen key (included with the hubs, see below) roller pin (or a bottle).
Materials
2mm sheet aluminium (70x70mm), sheet lead (2 pieces of 70x70mm), paper, 3mm screws, contact adhesive, Polulu #1994 or #1999 aluminium mounting hub, mat black paint.
