I hate that I can't make/find my own gear. Rolling gear is so bad. To upgrade gear, you need to interact with some chinese guy on a trade website. Wtf why can't I just make my own gear. Edit. Sorry i made a few people angry. But I'm lvl 91 and smash gear all day trying to make something good with no luck. Atm ALL my gear is purchased from the trade site because the crafting in the game is horrible. SSF wouldn't help with the bad crafting design. All I'm saying is i want to make/ find my own gear not use a website.

When that item is purchased, the buyer immediately should get the item and the seller should be able to get there fee from a vendor or something. It took me 2 days and overpaying to get a ring I was trying to buy. Just because nobody responded to their own sale.

It is so weird to me that as a warrior using a 1handed mace, I have a long/clunky swing animation that requires me to stop running/walking, and stand in place to swing it, meanwhile a character using a bow that is retrieving an arrow out of a quiver, positioning the Arrow on the shaft, aligning the nock of the arrow with the bowstring, raising the Bow, drawing the string, aiming the bow, and finally releasing the arrow, can not only do so faster and smoother, but can still MOVE in any direction while doing so.

When I use a monk, I don't even use the quarter staff attack animations, I simply just spam the other skills! But with a warrior you are kinda forced into stale basic attacks mixed into your other skills.

I like POE, but, If this was the darksouls of arpgs then the ranged combat would be patient and restrained, and the melee combat flexible, lower cost and easier dps. You can even tell in the from software pvp where projectiles are _usually_ a faulty gimmick, especially against the experienced players. The only thing making melee afloat in _poe 1_ is the endurance charges, no direct effect of the melee combat is mechanically competitive with ranged. Only the stand-out skills function, and typically by just having poorly balanced numbers to other melee skills. Poe 2 is still mirroring poe 1. For now I'd just play the 1-2 tested melee builds from the big name players, either grab titan life and be mild dps, or just dodge the whole thing.

The "1 divine" cost on all items isn't actually a problem in the game, it's the trade site that's bugged, basically it understands that 1 divine is the equivalent of 7~8 exalts, if you search an item but restrict the price to only exalts, then items that cost 20~60 exalts start appearing and it's easier to gear up!

The fact GGG have now fully embraced random one shot deaths in the endgame and have added mechanics that make these deaths have an even greater negative impact tells me they are making POE2 for the no life neck beards and streamers ( make no mistake, these random one shot deaths are by design). Even if they balance out the skill trees, drops, and skills, their overall philosophy is not going to be good for POE 2 in the long term. This has nothing to do with difficulty. It has to do with a design philosophy that has zero respect for a players time. Over the years in POE 1 I have watched this develop. It doesn't make for a fun game for casual players or anyone with a life outside of POE. These changes happened in POE 1 and have only been doubled down on in POE2. It's a great design if you want to keep people playing your free to play game, but most normal people like myself will throw in the towel and find games that are more rewarding and respectful of your time ( as I did with POE 1 after playing off and on for a decade). The fact that you might not realize that just because your character can run for example T15 maps doesn't mean you should run them. What the heck you want,? Fresh, underleveled, not geared, not skilled character to be able run end-game content? ROFL. Go back to T10s or something, get some levels, get some skill points, get better gear and then try and eventually cry your tears. And even then I'd say you probably make stupid mistakes which make you die. I came to PoE2 as a new player (never played PoE1 before) and currently I'm running end-game content including the Pinnacle bosses. Sure it's been hard sometimes but this is what gaming should be about. I don't want to fully gear character in 1 day like in D4 to satisfy my ego. Games used to and should be difficult and especially the end-game contect should not be reachable easy. And not even once I cried on forums or anywhere that the game is too hard. The only answer is either your character sucks or you suck and either or both of these should improve.

As a new player to this game, I can't agree more. The first time I tried to trade, I hit the button to offer to buy with a player and it told me that I have to be in game to trade. I was in game. So I then tried to whisper the player and they sent me an invite so I thought "Great, found a way to connect with them." I was wrong. They instantly disconnected with me in their party and blocked me with no further reason why. Have not tried trading since.

I absolutely agree on all points. The endgame is incredibly unfinished, the atlas movement, the tower mechanics, the side activities are either very risky as a ritual, but do not provide a comparable reward, or do not make sense at all as expeditions, given the time and reward costs. You have not yet mentioned the ascension trials, which even after the "fix" are completely broken, my monk received a hit for 4k honor points from white monster, despite the fact that I have honor resistance cap of 75%, this is terrible. In fact, in these trials, nothing depends on you. I have repeatedly found myself in a situation where I have a choice of two rooms in one of which I will lose my energy shield and in the other I will receive a huge penalty to movement speed. In both cases, I will not be able to pass the boss of the 4th floor, spending an hour on the way to him. Another important point - there is practically no natural gear progression after the campaign. I bought my entire build at the auction, there is not a single suitable item that would have fallen to me and was at least comparable to my equipment, despite the fact that I am dressed far from the top items and run T15 with 150% rarity for several hours a day. It would be nice if the boss did not drop random items, but had a choice of three items for your class, or one item where you can choose the desired characteristics.

It's not going to improve in the ways normal people want. Being a long-time POE 1 player who dropped the game 3 years ago, these annoyances are by design. The developers are now majority owned by 10cent. GGG started designing the game around being a complete time sink when this acquisition happenned. They want only the 1% who play all day long and just power through random one shots that lose you hours of progress to have access to the true endgame and items. You will reach a point where you can't even afford to trade for upgrades as a normal person fairly soon into endgame. I would recommend giving up your hopes for POE2 to ever be a game for normal people with a life outside of POE. It's a bummer but I came to this realization a few years ago.

Yeah the main problem i'm encountering is the "how the fuck did I die" one. In a matter of seconds you can get piled up by packs with purple orbs following you or something doing damage over time on the ground... Even being a level 82 deadeye with good damage, if I mess up the AOE positioning or if my CPU spikes and the game freezes for just a milisecond, i'm cooked...

Wait til you try the 4th one. I made it through 10 trials, got to the end thinking I'd got it....yeah, I got it alright....a third of it. You have to do the trial 3 times for three mask fragments to have one opportunity vs the Trialmaster. Fail and you've got to do it all over again. F that.

Hoping for an adult discussion here( not saying you but lots of boot lickers for poe2 recently lol) i would disagree with the website not being needed/ wanted here. If there is no auction house, which I'd prefer there was one, a website the way it's set up is not bad by any means. Warframe has a trade chat just like this and d4. And many other games but also a website that works close to how this does. It has made trading thrive and easier that how it was without it. This even implements direct send whisper and uploading your items for sale quickly. Warframe doesn't have either. Using warframe as the example cause it's separate website for trading is the closest I've used personally. Not having some form of website or auction house brings us back to d2 trading which was horrendous for modern era. Spam in chat what you have or endlessly search a trade chat for what you want. It's far from respecting the players time given the ample examples we have in today's mmo's and arpg's that work so well. But I am curious to hear your reasoning or opinions on what you think would work better for trading since your kinda the minority based on how I read your comment. I'm not praising poe2 like it's a god of arpgs by any means. Honestly I'm not having the greatest time playing it atm anyway, I've only have 2 exalted orbs drop total so I'm not far off from wearing only self found gear besides a bow and quiver I needed to buy to finish the damn campaign lol.

I dont gett 1 shot on monk doing t15s you need to understand that damage options are irrelevant if you juat die from one shots. Priority is max all resistances to 75% and get all the max evasion skill passives with ascension that makes your evasion also give you armor. You should have a minimum of 80% evasion 70% armor... and it should only cost aboit 20 exalts for all gear

so I don't know if this was me misinterpreting what you said in the video, but I think you are misunderstanding how evasion works in POE 2 evasion isn't a pure chance ability like block, when you have say 50% block that means on every hit that you can block the game does a check that has 50% to be in your favor whether you block the hit or not, it is random for every block. however with evasion it is a deterministic value, what that means is that when you have for instance 80% evasion, you will dodge 4 hits you can dodge and then the 5th hit is guaranteed to hit, there is no chance involved. the evasion cap is 95% so the highest you can get is 1 out of 20 hits is guaranteed to hit you. for a new player this might seem very unintuitive

Turns out the way they spike up difficulty in Cruel, is simply nerfing the player's resistance and other stats down by 10% multiplied by the act number... So if you are in Act 1-3 you have like pure resistances and damage reductions and stuff right? But once you get to Act 1, every one of those stats gets a -10%. Act 2 is -20%, and Act 3 is -30%... honestly loot rate drop and light radios needs to go they waste slots on my gear if your loot drop rate is so bad you need people to go out of their way to wear gear to get better drops there's a problem and smart loot, I'm a ranger I don't need two handed hammers dropping off every boss, I do agree with the runes I hate to say it but diablo has it right in that department being able to put things in armor and then remove them without destroying them.

If there is a rare or magic monster group on your screen there should be a tile set or summary window that pops up which outlines the mob details in a summary. We shouldn't have to be mousing over the mob while it moves to see its details. It would help with making decisions on how to engage before you're actually engaging them.

Dude I just skip these. Some places are the worst for it. For example, doing a ritual at the Crypt that has narrow hallways are horrible. A tornado starts and there is no way to avoid it sometimes. I die, lose the map, lose exp, and everything b/c of this. This needs a rework

I agree with everything you said that I've experienced, but I would add the honor system in trials. It fundamentally goes against their design system of having build diversity and strategic fights as it exclusively favors 1button press screen clear builds. Also, it's a mechanic that I feel like I have no control over. As supposed to say general campaign/endgame...if I die too quickly, I get resistances, health, evasion, movement speed, and so on. I can't clear mobs I get damage through cast/attack speed, better gear, passive nodes, better gem combinations or higher levels, etc...But I die because of honor system, so what I do? I get a few relics that aren't relevant at any other point in the game, and that's it. Those are my 2 options. Insta kill the boss or get a few relics, and that's it. If I'm a tank or fighter class that depends on durability, it counts for absolutely nothing in trials since I die because I got hit a few too many times. Absolute bs. I can not for the life of me understand why they brought that system into the game.

You just explained the design system very well. They don't want you to tackle the trials as a "one attempt = 100% success", they want you to tackle it as a grind. You grind for relics (honor resistance until 75% > max honor > boss dmg) and you grind for boss experience. Then, when you got both, you will succeed. Or just have an overpowered build/gear that can tank one hits and insta kill bosses.

I've leveled 3 characters to endgame now, and I've completed all the trials with a few shitty relics equipped. The first ascendency I've completed several times without taking a single hit at all. No need to restore honor between trails. It really isn't that hard outside of the very first attempt. I don't know why people struggle so hard with the honor system.

@blondiwithstyle I get that, and I do want a challenge with a little grind, I just want a reasonable amount that feels rewarding and possible. And the reasons I think it's not there are beyond it being ea. It's fundamentally how GGG tiers difficulty and conflicts with their goals. I play now because I do enjoy many parts of the game, and I like a challenge, so I'm not going to instantly give up. And I know people will say if it's too x, then don't play. Which is exactly what I will do if they don't make fundamental changes at game release.

the point about melee classes struggling early on 100% correct as when I was playing my full ice monk, at time it was pretty powerful but then I'd hit a wall or a certain enemy or boss and feel useless, I got to around lvl 30 before I swapped to ranger and now I'm lvl 70 with her, basically zero struggles the entire campaign and it feels like I did it was faster, way easier kills and clears, it's weird

I am not surprised that you didn't mention party enemy scaling. No one does, because only the 0.001% of players are co-op groups but the enemies scaling for all parties as if they had four players can be rough. Very rough.

Changes in my opinion that are needed. 1: Make an auction house. It actually baffles me that this isn't apart of the game already or is a part of POE1. 2: Get rid of one death maps. Even Elden Ring doesn't have you have to get all the grace sites again after dying to a boss. 3: Get rid of magic find on gear and up the loot generation massively to compensate for losing the stat, but also to insure that trading is completely optional. No stat should be necessary to play a game. Also increase movement speed and remove it on the boots for the same reason. 4: I hate to say this since I play it, but Stormweaver needs a nerf. No one ascendency should have almost 50% usage. I'm just worried they'll go overkill and make it unplayable. 5: Remove honor as a mechanic all together. I feel sorry for you melee characters. I have no idea how you get through that.

Maps in general (campaign, and endgame) are tediously big. I get to the point where the fog just keeps clearing and I'm losing my mind. When is it going to end FFS. Also the backtracking is horrible. The checkpoint travel is amazing, but still not enough checkpoints, and it doesn't work in endgame. I'm not a fan of them funneling us into trading to get good gear. I like playing SSF, and the gear progression is one of the worst I've ever had in a "loot" game.

My biggest issue is the Waystones. I’ve only recently got to endgame and I’m already pulling teeth with losing waystones. Having to go back to Act 3 cruel and wait for one to drop (at level 1) and then *hope* one drops in a map is painstaking. I think there should also be an option to re-roll individual perks on weapons + armour.

The boss room checkpoint for the fight against the high priest of the sun in the temple of the sun spawns right back at the start of the temple and you can't even teleport to it it just brings right back to the entrance of the temple. Idk if anyone else had this issue but it was really pissing me off cuz id have to teleport to the second floor and then make way to third floor stairs again.

Idk if someone in the comments said it or not yet, but the trade site currently isn't sorting properly, to find cheaper good items change the "buyout price" to Exalted Orbs. As right now it's sorting 1 Divine items before items that are selling for 30-60 exalts.

I really enjoy the game but after about a week and a half of time playing maps I had to put it down for now. I kept thinking maybe I just need to be stronger but every tier it’s the same, if not worse. It’s just not fun with how punishing death is. Whether it’s a bs death or just a normal one none of them feel at all worth the effort given how much you lose. In the campaign it was a nice novelty, because there’s nothing really to lose but in maps you lose everything and eventually it sucks the fun out of it.

Agree. Everytime I sit down to play, I am enthusiastic and having fun, looking forward to play and clear maps. But when(not if) I die, either form stupid stuff, or me just being slow, and I loose XP, waystone which I used lots of currency on, the potential breach/expedition, I just insta-logoff. The penalty from dying is not fun, it's not a motivation to get better. It's just awful. In the campaign, I died 120 times on the act2-boss. But guess what? I enjoyed every death! I learned, went again, died, went to change my skills, dies again, tried again, improved, and eventually killed him. I enjoyed every second! But the maps? Nope... Also, the atlas, with the endless map-nodes, with NO linear direction, and no visible goal in sight, it just feels boring. The ritual did it better, with x numbers of rooms u have to clear. You see the goal in front of you. We need measurable goals to aim for. So we feel some kind of progression. Right now, my atlas feels unpersonal, like a wasteland, with lots of map-nodes you don't wanna "waste" in case you die. And they are all the same, even though u juice them with currency. And I also have had no upgrades from the maps. So I play them, knowing I won't get crap from them. Maybe if I went to poe2-university I could figure out how to do it. But as a casual dadgamer, I don't want to use time on that. I want to play, kill, improve my gear and get my shot of dopamine. And... With all the loot that drops, I spend way to much time looking for something good, teleport to my hideout to manage my items/currency/waystones/breach-stuff/expedtion-stuff/waystones etc. Hope they add 100 acts in the campaign haha, because the campaign was damn amazing!

the dinner table boss in act two was impossible to see what he was doing because of the camera 40 deaths just because i couldn't see what was about to happen so i had to guess. figuring out how to break the fight was easier then guessing what attack he was about to do.

The gear I was saving to get just got waaay out of my reach and grinding maps with garbage drops just feels bad. Also the fix is apparently to get rarity on gear....however most pieces that are good with that skyrocketed as well. So yeah just gonna wait to see how they address it.

-1hit death always sucks, its never fun; no version of "here is why" matters, it just sucks every time. -things hitting you from off screen means you couldnt have seen their telegraph, assuming it has one that is reactable -some skills have very fast activation time, giving you no window to respond, it just happens near instantly -xp loss on death is horrible, you should NOT lose progress...losing the loot and the map is more than enough punishment -trading via website is painful. most of the time you get ignored or the item is bought by some chinese botfarm, put the trading into the game -all progression is entirely random, even crafting. you cannot choose to make a specific thing. i dont like this. -getting body blocked is incredibly frustrating, its awful -needing to farm to unlock the ability to fight the boss is fine, but losing it on death AND needing to re-farm/grind for ONE attempt? no thanks.

I remember when D4 launched the difference between certain characters/builds was too much. Variety is good, but imo playing Rogue at launch felt way better than most the other classes. The balance of gear, leveling and power scaling was spot on.

The currency issue became an issue once RMT sites saw the numbers the early access was pulling. There will ALWAYS be people willing to spend say $20 on 10k of each orb, and those people drive the prices sky high. On day 3 I remember seeing the first trade bot spam chat, and every day there are more. And there will always be players who are willing to pay. The currency issue probably could never be fixed without massively upping the drop rates to essentially make the RMT sites truly pointless.

RMT is just a cause and effect, the prices already went up massive when stuff drops and that stuff becomes 'broken' or 'featured' in some odd one shotting build. The famous necklace for the Gremlin, the rings, etc, RMT is just a side product of the hyperinflation we face. But it always been easier to blame them, rather to look at the economy as a whole. Same goes for difficulty, in the early days a ascendancy 1 or 2 would go 1 exacted, now 10 at least, 3 and 4 go divine level, RMT has nothign to do with such, its what people willing to pay to get those points.

Agree with all points. To add to it, i feel they also need to add about 10 more passive points because with the size of the new tree, having such limited point totals, it makes the tree feel smaller and less explorable. Crashing issues with certain pcs needs to be fixed. My pc crashes every day if multithreading is on. Farming splinters is terrible. Simulacrum especially. Ill do a juiced T16 deli map and leave with 1-3 splinters. And mana issues. Oh god the mana costs are horrible. Reduce them by half and reduce the support gems mana multiplier by half, and then the game would feel a whole lot better.

One map at level 90 with all modifiers for experience gives 2-3% of the level. You need to not die even once for 40-50 maps to rise to 91, even with a good build it is difficult, and how many runs without deaths are needed at level 95-97? Roughly speaking, at level 90, death resets an hour of the game, apparently at level 97 death will reset 6-8 hours, this is nonsense. What's wrong if players take the 100 level?

Right out the gate, Armor stacking, if you find it so easy to get evasion then it's just as easy to get armor. There is a little node called IRON REFLEXES if you can't get 20,000 armor but you can get 20,000 evasion then you don't know as much as you think you do.

I’m gonna be square with you. I can’t manage to find an interest in continuing to play this. I’m not even at the end game and it just feels like so much of this game isn’t truly rewarding because the gear that drops doesn’t feel like it’s what you truly need, but you have to pick it up because you have to go back to a town to do certain things so you can get certain materials on the off chance that you get enough whatever’s to do something with the gear that maybe is the right combination of stats for right now. So you can fight more convoluted bosses that are just stat checks and lots of dodge rolls unless you have ascendencies and passives set and then it’s just slap the boss. The bosses are whatever, I think they are tedious, but whatever. I just think the gear and currencies and all that are just so uninteresting where I haven’t had a single drop that felt important. Even the fancy gear, it is just more stuff. And it’s fine to just not like a game, I just wish that this didn’t feel like a game built around apathy.

I get the impression they designed the itemization around trading If that is the case, an automated auction hall similar to the currency exchange would be a very nice 21st century QoL upgrade. Trading looks like a massive pain but it's barely option with the randomized drops and bad suffixes/affixes. Nobody wants boots without runspeed, meanwhile 99 out of 100 boots that drop for me don't have runspeed and are immediate garbage tier. The one that does drop with runspeed doesn't have the other affixes I need or even the correct attribute type of gear I want for my class.

I think as an energy shield user it never feels to overpowered to me cause melee mobs and some rares and uniques still have the ability to one shot me even with it. And chaos damage destroys you as well. Dealing 2x damage on shields. I haven't played any other classes and probably won't so perhaps I'm biased a little. But I've yet to really feel like my energy shield is op as I can still die in 1 hit every now and then and I'm on cruel difficulty atm. I wonder if it'll be worse once I get end game if I do it.

They should smooth out the campaign. It can be really awful getting one shot by standard mobs or attacking them several times before you kill them, then you drop a weapon, slam an alch or exalt on it ( "IF" youre lucky enough to have one ) and suddenly you do twice the damage. Until you run in the same Problem again. So....if you're lucky, your campaign feels good and if you're not, the campaign feels like trash. I think that should be more streamlined. And yeah, remove rarity ( why is it a thing again after tuning it down in PoE 1 over and over again ). Full juiced Breaches are the only good option to make currency atm and it's getting boring pretty quick. Visibility, as mentioned in the video, is a good point. With all the Effects going on + delirium + Mobs that move you + bad visibility on some terrain ( is it just a hill or is it a solid wall? ) + placement of some mechanics ( => ritual ) + Volatiles ( especially the small, purple Chaos ones ) -> its getting rough out there. HP and Armor are pretty bad. ATM the only way to avoid random deaths is to clear the screen in one attack or play 1hp mana as life / ES stacking builds. Add the workbench or something similiar. Essence crafting with phys mod is pretty much "Leech phys dmg as %life or mana". If I have to gamble with Exalts, lower some Stat weights. Feels like Accuracy rating on every roll if i get a prefix.

In terms of the death thing from poe, it's about building a character that has defense. There is unavoidable spike damage of all different kinds that will hit you like a tsunami and you can't avoid it. You just have to have a character with very well planned defenses to not die to any of them. That's how you can level to 100 or play hard core.

I went from 2k life and 80% acrobatics to 1.9k life, 1.3k ES and 73% acrobatics and I still get one shot. I think you'd have to fully dedicate yourself to the hybrid tree and put full hybrid gear on, in order to make evasion/ES work as a ranger. Not being able to tank one normal hit is devastating in this game and by watching this video you seem to need a total of 4-5k life/ES.

Was just doing my 4th trial on my sorc i was absolutely flying through it, on the 4th flopr about half way through i forgot to prefire my spark to kill enemies infront of me, i walk up a set of stairs and boom a pack of cold mobs freeze me instantly even though i had thawing charm on(its bugged and doesnt work) i die instantly through 10k es and 5k mana, feels bad man. Time to retry and dont forget to prefire to kill everything before hand zzzz. Also im only lvl 79, doing lvl 79 trials lmao, most people do it drastically overleveled but my damage is really op so thought i'd try.

i am effectively forced to play SSF when I didn't pick that on character creation due to magic find inflation. Cant buy anything on trade site worth anything. 90 Ex for a divine, fk me.

thats a player problem. The market prices are a direct result of majority of average players not engaging in the economy in producing worth while simultaneously demanding what is on short supply. If magic find was the issue due to it producing excessive amounts of divines and good items, the economy prices would actually be substantially low. The reality is demand is outweighing production. this is econ 101 we have seen in poe 1 leagues over and over

@@burningpipe2627 if they put a trade market in game where I could just putt a dude in my hideout that I could post 5 rares at a time and wait for them to be sent to someone else and a box next to him for mail this wouldn’t be an issue Also people forget u can buy 200 exalts for 20 bucks on some sites And some people would just pay because they can’t no job play all day

@@burningpipe2627 It is not the players problem that before huge inflation a small percentage dressed in top-notch items having spent a lot of time on the game and now trade with each other for dozens of divines, and the average player cannot create offers because in order to sell good items you need to be dressed in good items. The circle is closed.

Half of these dudes drop 5 ex on a few items during a play through and run straight to the trade site & reddit/youtube comments complaining they can never find or craft quality items, almost like theres 350 thousand people all following the same ideas and figuring out what works and what doesn't it's almost like they have forgotten how to do shit themselves. Better watch a guide on summoner so I can sit back and let my minion army play the game for me while I write reddit comments about MF being busted. Better make sure I have positive 7000% ES because ziz said so, better make sure I buy all the meta items to make a build work!!!!!!!!

The issue is people stacking 200+ magic find vs people that aren't. That is what inflated the market. They screwed the economy when they left magic find uncapped.

Also I’m melee class. I was two handed mace warrior. First run was hard but manageable. I run armor break on stun and when armor broken explode. That literally blew screens of mobs. Cruel difficulty was even easier. Bosses didn’t do damage to me. I’ve used perfect strike to kill bosses in 1-2 shots. I had 25k armor at level 75. Late game is where the problems come when u get randomly one shot be Savana boss on any tear 15 map and I honestly don’t understand how with 3500hp and fully max res and 82 phys reduction. Weird. I use rolling slam as my go to since I can dodge and redirect my movement. I’m playing from ps5 so directing each strike is easy. The other problem that I hope they will address is that some strikes seem to hit some “environmental pockets” since they deal no damage 2 hits in a row with 90% hit accuracy and this happens way too often. Also my character, it seems, clips air like there is an obstacle when I do rolling slam. I hope there are other melee ppl who feel the same way. Also tear 15 maps should not give u tear 3-8 maps. They should at least drop 1 t15 but that’s minor issue.

Its funny cause gemmling leap slam builds run armor and hp but no issues same for titan leap slams and totems which btw both use blood magic are surviving fine with no booty clinching in t17s I think its fine

Buff Armour and Evasion - add new nodes for it in the Tree as well. Maybe slightly nerf ES stacking, so it meets somewhere balanced. Im not a fan of nerfs tho. Magic find should not be on the items at all

The divine orb issue is due to rare finding affecting currency drops. There are people with builds that don't require much in the way of stats that have stacked rare find up to such a point that they regularly get *_multiple_* divines per map. That is why the trade is out of hand requiring divine orbs. The only solution to this will be to stop rare find affecting currency drops and to do a character reset (so it wipes out all the currency out there).

Rare find isn't affecting divine or orbs. Try it for yourself. Maybe they hot fixed it but it doesn't do anything even at higher levels. I've run 20+ T15 maps with 200% rarity only getting a few exalts in total.

@@ZeroPhilosopher I can already tell you have Local Knowledge on your Atlas skill tree. Stop using Local Knowledge. Local Knowledge affects the weighting of the loot pool which will decrease your chances at divines. Only want Local Knowledge if it's a grass biome and you're trying to farm Perfect Jewler's.

There is also nowhere else for the currency to go. In poe1 you could gamble all your currency on crafting, and then all that currency those super hardcore players are grinding 20 hours a day for isn’t just sitting there inflating the market.

I do believe that in time we will get more mitigation options. But the thing is with PoE 2 is that it is designed for us to be so skilled of a player that we rarely get hit. So not getting hit will be the best mitigation. Instead of just standing still and face tanking. Could GGG allow face tanking in the future for PoE 2, possibly. But it would probably have to take a high investment in endgame or your character would have to take such a huge hit to damage to counter the fact that you can face tank it that it might not be something that a lot of players would be able to accomplish. Rarity is only a problem if it is indeed a must have for all characters and all builds. If it is indeed properly balanced where the more powerful option will clear things faster than the character with rarity. Balanced where both players will get the same thing in about the same time. Meaning that if after 200 hours of playing endgame a person would get an astramentis it wouldn't matter if you had rarity or not. The same would be true for currency as well. If rarity would take that 200 hours and drop it to around 180 or less to get astramentis at playing endgame then there is a problem. Right now I cannot say which way is better. Blasting maps with rarity but with less power and maybe less juice, or better juiced and higher power. How common are rune drops in PoE 2. Are they so common that if you did allow removal of runes that players would have stash tabs full of them by now. If so then that is why runes are not able to be removed. Nor should they be if they are indeed that common. Then what about the more powerful option of soul cores. The same question is true for soul cores.

Great content. Glad you mentioned the runes. I hate using them because they're permanent (knowing full well that using them for resistance is a fools errand at best). It's annoying and doesn't make the game better.

They need to add a Easy mode and Hard mode. Easy mode allows checkpoints with less rewards. Hard mode has no checkpoints with huge rewards.

I've been playing a LA ranger, and finally got up to juicing T15 maps. I don't have very powerful gear yet, and I honestly feel like doing T13's consistently is much more profitable for me at the moment.

Dude. Even entry level end game ES gear is starting at divines. The trade economy is so busted in favor of the most hard core and or lucky players. 95% of players will never get to experience the high end game currently

Ascensions are awful. The honour system needs to be removed or checkpoint the bosses Loot rarity is really frustrating. Not getting good drops. The good orbs are rare, then you use them to try ans make good gear only to roll useless stats.

Biggest problem is PRICE for item... now it's almost impossible to get good gear if you don't spend XX h in grinding becaus price are insane compare to drop rate...

13:21 it's the bots on the website listing items for low price and never responding to whispers, players think their item is worthless, also list for low price, bot buys item, lists for high price. Simple solution, items can only be transferred once.

im enjoying the story all the way to endgame but everything ive seen for endgame kinda looks boring, annoying and frustrating. so when i hit endgame with my second character ill probably take a break till release or if a major patch hits addressing a lot of these issues.
