The biggest problem with this fight are: 1- If your shaders didn't cache some skills (guaranteed oneshots) will be invisible 2- If youre running dynamic culling and your gpu can't reach the target fps, again some skills (guaranteed oneshots) will be invisible

@@reaper_taco 3060 laptop struggles. 4090 desktop is fine. Having both, I understand their pain. I clear maps on the 3060 fine, but I wait until I'm home to do boss fights. It's rough for the people that don't have the hardware. Honestly, guys you are better off selling the fates for a divine and just buying the drops from the pinnacle bosses on the market if you don't have the hardware. The exception being if you can just one shot them.

Died 4 times, had 2 attempts left, watched this video, and immediately killed him the next attempt. I will state that I didn't see most of the mechanics (level 92 Infernalist Witch with heavy Arsonist damage) but the dash bombs and the initial storm where you stay between the blue lines were what was killing me previously. I uninstalled at level 78 because I felt like I was tricked by GGG and they don't want me in their game, but seeing stuff like this makes me want to give it another go. Lmao, if you quit at lvl 78, there's no way you'd even see this boss. Lvl 78 takes zero investment/time (5 juiced t15 maps and you're lvl 80 at least) and is still in the easy category . Also you get ONE CHANCE to face this boss after wasting 20~30 hrs collecting tickets (or you earn fast currency /divine orb to buy the tickets , which I highly doubt you know what this is about since you quit as early as lvl78 which is like t5 level .

@@Ventus_S you will easily get one level by a juiced t15 map with 78. Even with level 90 you can get around 30-40% for a t16 juiced map with good towers. However it can cost lots of time to unlock the overlapping towers.

Some of these skills are actually just, "die then figure out how the abilities work". Like, how the hell are you supposed to know that arbiter slashes at you or slams you in his second phase after placing the bombs. There's barely any tell to his attacks

This fight is difficult on console because of the auto lock targeting with controller. A few times I was unable to dodge OHKO mechanics because I would auto target boss when using charged staff for maneuverability for example. Ended up paying someone from chat 1div to help dps the boss and skip mechanics.

attack at 3:11 is bugged if the boss is chilled, on my ice strike monk the boss does the circle explosion while the ray is still going on, overlapping both mechanics, making it impossible to do for now unless you get lucky and he doesn't do that particular pattern

I tried this fight on a higher difficulty today... that "Flamestorm skill" where you have to stand in that one line is breaking me. Ripped two sets back to back b/c of the flamewall coloration. Being color blind sucks b/c everything is relatively muted and hard to determine the safe channel or lane to stay in. I can get lucky with 1 or two lanes but 3-5, that's GG for me.

Bit late for a response, but as someone also red/green colorblind, go to windows or a 3rd party tool to adjust the hue of the screen into a more blue tint... alternatively, increasing the contrast also works.

Okay so I semi created my own build, played the fuck out of the game, so I thought I will try on my own to fight this boss, I oneshot citadels and all t15s, so figured how the hell I could fail. I wanted to go blind but said hell this 1 portal new VISION shit from GGG, I rather be safe and watch a video. Found this one, really nice work explained all. I learned everything, prepared myself, went in. Flamestorm or whatever that dumb ability is called is hardly rendered in time, I ripped. I go mad and use my 2nd set of fragments, fail again because I over blinked too far. Go crazy, buy 3rd fragment sets from Alva. Go in, I dodge like 4 blasts, final blast, I roll to edge of the safe zone. But no, visually I'm in, but game thinks I'm not inside so I rip 3rd time. Great Oh well, burned a dozen divs I guess or something. I'm sad but its EA and this shit is expected I guess. I wanted to accomplish endgame myself, but I guess I should've either sold my fragments, or just cheese the boss with one shotting and skipping his first phase like most streamers do. I wanted to have fun, I failed. Oh well. Thanks for the video though, clear and precise info without any bloat. Good job.

We decided to go crazy and went 3 man in - blind. This fight is stupid, I can't believe they made him 1 try only at first. Nobody tested this. Your phase of circles of safety and explosions comes on slowly, us 3 spreading around couldn't find a single safe spot. So first 2 tries we all died to insta boom, even me with blink couldn't get to safe spot. We won on the 3rd attempt, because I switched to cast on shock, and we managed to damage him so fast..that phase never came.

attempted the boss blindly, died immediately, watched this, mostly forgot things but i burst the boss down to zero HP and had to go through a few dash bomb phases and then he dropped dead, similar to how lillith works in diablo 4

yeah, you spend the whole game avoiding volatile cores and here you get boss fight where you have to hug it? who made this. I get that they are trying to have more of these "stay inside the ring to avoid dmg" skills but here it is so poorly visualized. normally when they have these mechanics, they've clearly cued you by showing the death area outside the safe ring. here it is the opposite. explody bomb with tiny flames around the ring to say "stay outside". then you get 1 tapped.
