Im in act 2 cruel difficulty first time player. Stormwave is my favorite. Mix of freeze and lightning

I have no idea what im doing and cant seem to get hearld of ice to proc no matter what. Enemies freeze i shatter them nothing happens. Its activated but never shows it procs .

Yea I think that Stormwave needs something like freeze to help against the mob rush

@@AdornByFireherald of Ice is a passive buff you must activate with spirit. Works the same as Herald of Thunder like you see here 👉 1:50

@@iDentityUSoh its activated and im doing 430 ice damage with storm wave they freeze and i kill them they shatter explode
