All great feedback and I hope they listen. One thing you seem to gloss over though is the game is not "released" really. This is early access, the release is sometime next year. So we're kind of in the helping them to get the feel right on a lot of these things. I only mention it because a lot of people are talking about the game like it's a normal release and I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they'll be moving things around over the next year to get things feeling better by the full release.

@@Langz_Noir It's also one of cleanest launches of an online game, let alone an early access title. Release day delay of 3 hours and then fully up and running, is laudable.

Seen a few good suggestions from players who say: 1. Blocking needs more oomph, and reaction from enemies who fail to hit you. 2. your reward for investing in blocking should be; well, more rewarding than it is now. 3. A lot of trash mobs have very hard to read unblockable attacks (like skeletons falling over lol), which leads to just taking damage when you think you are safe. 4. melee builds need some kind of added buffer to tank hits, or at least provide some way to mitigate swarm damage. 5. when you do these big slow wind up attacks, they barely feel any more powerful than dinky ranged attacks that are much safer to use. added thoughts; I really do think we should either bring back mobility skills, or have it so you can custom your dodges to fit each playstyle. Maybe melee characters could get an extra long dodge that avoids AoEs, or a passive that makes blocking more stable in exchange for dodging. I know casters can get a teleport, so why not give the melee characters some flavor.

Unfamiliar with the melee classes so I can’t speak to that but the drops criticism is something I have been noticing. I’m about lvl 20 on ranger and the drops aren’t sparse they are just mostly useless. Why am I getting a more weapons for other classes than my own. I realize the class ratio at the moment is 1:5 so I guess it makes sense but realistically it should be weighted so I get something like 60/40 gear my current class could use.

When they add the future classes and weapons the pool will become even more diluted too. This issue at its core has existed even in alpha diablo 2. From what I understand, they were going to reuse the skill book system from D1, but there were 5 classes, so you were regularly finding other class' skill books. This lead to borrowing tech trees from the Strategy games of the day to create skill trees. I believe this is why GGG made vendors a bit more valuable and simplified the core crafting system. It's not solved by these, but it at least gives some options to soften the RNG.

aTip: dodge rolls help you move away from attack frames, most players(that complain) use dodge the way they use it in Souls game, hoping for I-frame, it doesn't work that way and the moment you understand the dodge roll mechanic this game will be really easy. I'm not going to diss you, but you do need to understand this new mechanic before you rant about it.

I feel like if you are gonna have the dodge roll you should make it have either double the range it has now or give it I-frames. The way it is designed now I feel like it's more of a hindrance than a help. Most of the time I just run away from attacks and wait instead of having the ability to get up in an enemies face and then dodge roll at the right time to keep up the pressure.

dude im sorry u didnt play this game more then 2 acts u dont understand the game so its not for you yes the game has problems its alpha but u just rent bc u cant handle the game..
