i planned to make this build, but seeing how hard he kills mobs by doing this little amount of damage.. omg thx no my bloodmage instantly explodes all the creeps around (and also oneshooting t4 6ppl arbitre or any other boss)

temporalis is build enabler you cant replce it

@ why is it an enabler? Can’t you still get the same effects without blinking as much? You can use double cast on crit and drop cast on dodge.
