I cant wait for your build videos/theory crafting. My favorite part of all your diablo content is "off meta builds" so much to play with in PoE i cant wait to try some of what you come up with! Still trying to get used to PoE2, struggling a little but that makes it fun!

Force gaming is running a fire minion witch rocking a shield and mace, using heavy armor and shield skills along with the witch skills to be more tanky. Sounds like a battle mage and similar builds may work with this item. I was struggling to see the synergy that builds between all those skills for power scaling though. He is in end game with it so maybe it is somewhat viable

I mean the benefit is pretty clear 1% Per 2 str for Projectiles 1% Per 2 Str For Spells So if he uses a Scepter(Not A Mace) and a shield and casts Projectile based spells and stacks strength he could get a lot of damage. Example 200 Strength / 2 = 100 x 2% = 200% damage bonus. Which I assume he could get even higher if he tried.
