This is the first iteration since I already modified it. No idea who came up with that build tough.

You should run Phase run with automation.

@@mbXtreme Phase run does not last long even with automation without frenzy charges. It also does not snapshot. Mark from GGG has said as much. Warcries are the best buff for snapshotting, double damage from intimidating cry and for herald of purity 4 allies you can get 5% more damage per affected ally plus Added Attack Damage equal to 3% of the Damage of your Main.

@@courtingdeath3364 You dont snapshot with phase run, you just get the dmg while phase run is up. Movement speed and 30% more dmg. Uptime is good for me at least on my mana inquis rage vortex build

For Paradoxica, I only have one frenzy charge and one critical chance, and the other entry is speed, whether I can find an frenzy charge anywhere else

@@tcbeutlernot to mention ambush gives like 130% crit multi. Dont need assassins mark and can get another sublime vision. I use it with enhance too, the quality is some crazy additional crit

how much to start this build?

This Build uses tons of Uniques and is therefore very res-starved. I did some minmaxing and only run a all-res suffix, so i guess you get away with a res belt instead of mageblood. Still, I wouldn't touch it below 100d. Sublime Vision got quite expensive since i picked it up and a good Paradoxica is also couple divines.

Obvoulsy you can scrap it down to the barebones for a couple divines but if that feels great... i doubt that.

i dont have looked into the pob ( still refuse to use this tool) but my guess is ths build fokusses on chainbreaker keystone for rage and raider scion + idk, you died on exarch due to no mana because you cant leech mana form anything in the ball phase and your automation arcane cloak burned your mana. looks fun but iam poor got no mage blood so i would lack speed if i try to copy this^^.
