Thanks for the good info our slayer can also get stronger with forbiden jewel, all the early gears to get the build rolling are also very cheaply constructed This build is perfect as a starter unless we get a GGG-style patch that buffs users and makes monsters stronger accordingly.

ok i got it. Its because we are using that to generate rage from "Warcries grant 1 Rage per 5 Enemy Power, up to 5" node in Rage Mastery. General's Cry is the only Warcry that have base 3 sec. cooldown, instead of 8sec like other Warcries.

Masterful Form is the real star of the show here. You could replace Frostblades with literally any other attack skill and it will still be god-like. It was insane even before they buffed endurance charges, but now it's just broken.

Strike skills have a property where any hit of a strike skill will innately hit in a small radius (and you can get a bigger radius if you use melee splash). Cleave is an incredibly unclear way of describing it, but basically if you hit into a mob pack, the splash of each hit on an individual enemy will hit multiple nearby enemies, multiplying your clear dps by a lot. This doesn't do anything on bosses, though, which is where you'd actually need the damage, so it's not all that significant.

tbf, there is a difference between "any roll" and a "good roll". well rolled white winds are like 10c. so maybe a well rolled white wind on day 1/2 could be 1d. but then again you won't really NEED a well rolled white wind on day 1/2.

You don't actually go for stuns, the endurance charge on stun support ist just for the more damage per endurance charge. Which you will always have with ralakesh or enduring cry until then, take a look at the body armour implicit for fortify

@@SUNG0DRA with eternal damnation pre nerf you could fairly easy stack up to 90% ele dmg reduction. Now you're unlikely to have over 50% by endgame on most setups. It's a massive difference.

I just realized that he wants to play melee with it🤣 I'm not sure if it's worth it tho, on melee fb trickster the range doesnt matter, you tank anything. On another ascendancy, it's probably a really good defensive tool. However, even tho it cleaves, it still has restrictive clear. The normal version shoots projectiles and each of em proc herald of ice. It's way more coverage.

The range isn't for safety, it's for clear speed. It hits across your ENTIRE screen and it cleaves enemies MULTIPLE times. Idk if it's a bug or what, but it seems like each time it hits an enemy, an enemy near it also gets hit, and it keeps chaining

Pure mapper. As seen with abaroth, only single hit per attack. Not like with packs. Also standing still and need to aim playstyle. Not for bossing and from my exp gets a little taxing after some time.

Definitely a bit weird, hitting all targets since technically it counts as a weird cone melee attack, okay. But then it also seems to do splash damage around each target judging by the amount of hits, not quite sure why it works like that

I dont know the exact mechanics behind it but he has something euipped that gives him a stack of poison for each time he hits an enemy. You can see it in the buff bar top left.

He has 100% poison chance and he has golden rule equipped to reflect poisons onto himself. Classic way to test stuff out. Amount of poison stacks on himself = amount of hits

its the degen thats hitting not a 2ed and 3ed hit degen damage scaling is a pain at endgame and that's your damage in bossing also degen ground area doesn't stack as far as I know so that means its only one degen unless you scale down area to allow them to be in more dots at once even with a WW and full cold conversation and heatsiver to little damage even with the buff and if you are doing WW you want off hand empty to get full benis and that's even more stats lost

Sorry I have never played ssf so I cant tell you. But i know 2 things: 1) rue doesnt design his builds for ssf 2)It has 4 uniques and 3 of them should be common. Heatshiver might be lil bit harder but the build is playable without it. I personally think builds that use all rares are better for ssf as a leaguestarter

Well, stat wise last version of the build in theory can kill ubers, not sure about all of them tho. In worst case scenario in this league it much cheaper to respec, so you can start with this build, farm some currency, and switch to sometihing else, and i'm pretty sure there will be some bleed gladiator builds that will have good single target dps.

You fail to understand the scalability of a regular frostblades for clearing with additional strikes. You keep on screaming "cleaving, cleaving cleaving". Guess what. Regular firstblade's pattern overlaps itself more efficiently than cata's. Additionally regular frostblades already deals enough damage to clear the packs efficiently and most certainly way more effieicently than cata's. Quit the cocaine dude.
