I'm astonished with the variation of skills this game have. I played a lot of Diablo 2 and Grim Dawn and I'm eager to dive in PoE. For now I'm learning what I can, it seems this game have the highest learning curve above all others Hack'n'Slashes

What level will we have access to these gems? Does the class affect which gems you get?

level is depends on the gem but they will be avialable quite early on. class does not matter at all
