I found it at my first league, didn't realize then that is so rare. I thought that it was just a few times more rare than exalted (it was sentinel league, so the main currency was exalted orbs instead of divines). It dropped from mid-tier map.

I found my 1st mirror with 90h game time in my 1st league. It was a T5 map called Atlas and i didnt even realize it until i was selling my stash to vendors and saw the mirror

I never thought I would find one then luck just rained, Found my 1st mirror in a map from a chest then THE NEXT DAY found one again at depth 178 in delve. What is this game...lol

Assuming you grinded for six hours a day, the odds of you finding two are 1 in 6,063,619. Even if you were grinding for literally 48 hours straight, with no breaks, the odds of you finding two are one in 355,426. You should play the lottery! I started in affliction and have dropped 2 headhunters one in necropolis and one this league in settlers. Ran over 1k harbinger maps last league and never dropped a mirror shard. Ran grav safehouses for 2 leagues now and got 2x full stack of seven years bad luck. Never dropped a mirror in almost 4k hours now
