There will be new keystone that say you apply armor to elemental damage. So that keystone is very good to use with the no lightning resist armor. As well as some of the T3 talismans that convert 50% of damage you receive from one element to other element.

I really do hope the farming part will be fairly intuitive or you will be able to template your way around it. I can't imagine trying to plan some efficient farm over and over again every time. Also nerf to BOTH brand recall and the way brand attachment works is kind of an overkill, I think. Each of those by themselves makes at least some sense. You can't cheese your uber brands and keep them alive forever at no cost - good, it could get ridiculous af in 3.10, I totally see the point. Nerfing attachment mechanics so your brands do not spread and propagate endlessly (especially in delve)? Okay, fine, I don't see it as a broken mechanic that needed the nerf, but whatever. Those two nerfs at the same time? Well, welcome to the world where brands are effectively unkillable totems with a twist now.

@@REIwAlexY Well the issue isn't how good or bad this league will go (I think it'll be quite bad too) but that GGG throw timers on stuff that don't need them. Delirium for example didn't need a timer on the base game mechanic, just make stuff proceedingly harder and worth more and boom amazing league mechanic. But nope, they can't stand people not rushing constantly whether they want to or not just to engage with a league mechanic so slam a timer on that. Metamorph was actually a great league since (once they ironed out some kinks) any build and playstyle built enough could do the mechanic. Though I don't think farmville league is going to do much for the majority of the playerbase either, micromanaging crops to fight small boring groups of enemies just to craft sounds as boring of a league mechanic as beastiary league was.

I'm fairly new to POE but not the genre and maybe I don't know too much about this game but what I have seen is that either the community or the devs don't care much about fire skills since lightning and cold skills are so popular. Stuff related to fire skills is not that good i guess so maybe they should make them better. I could be wrong since I don't have too much knowledge about the game but this is how I felt when I started playing since Metamorph.

Funny vid and gets to the heart of the issues with harvest. Farmville sim in path is in my opinion boring and I would prefer literally any other expansion to this one. Just got to act 5, havent had 1 unique drop at all and im depending on this really terrible crafting mechanic to keep upgrading gear. Here's to hoping next expansion is more playable.

As that guy that un-ironically enjoyed Beastiary 1.0, played through all of Blight league, and skipped out on Legion and Delirium because hyper-meta-hyper-clear isn't fun. I'm probably gonna play through all of this one 'cause it looks pretty fun, maybe even pick up the supporter pack for this league. I am all for a "currency explosions no-micromanagement" league - you just run around and loot explodes from the thin air like firecrackers, without any trigger or interactions. It just falls from the sky. White packs are removed from the game (not many players have seem them lately, they all get one-shot from two screens away or casually leap-slammed while zooming forward). All loot above certain level as set up in the loot filter is automatically picked up by you or a friendly-NPC who travels to town to move loot to the stash as needed. The rest of the loot can be picked up manually. Cards, when fully stacked, change automatically into the item in the stash. If a 6S (1-4L) item of normal and magic rarity is about to drop, 7 jeweler orbs drop instead. If a 3L chromatic item of normal or magic rarity is about to drop, a chromatic orb drops instead. If you put correct unidentified rare items into your inventory, game gives you option to just convert them to chaos orb(s) by clicking a button. There is a special stash tab where you can put leveling items and once you reach the lvl and stats, the item is auto-equipped (swapped), any gems are transferred if sockets match and are empty. Maps, Atziri, Betrayals, Breaches and other instances can be open directly from the stash (items are consumed in stash). Items transferred to STD are auto-merged in the stash (no need to manually move them from "read-only" tabs). The lazy boomer league.

Maybe they don't see melee being useless as a problem? If they do, they should hire a problem solver. Since the problem doesn't require a mastermind. You just need to make monsters last enough long so moving to the target isn't such a loss compared to time you kill it. Nerf damage overall. People would also start noticing that some monsters actually have abilities. Also those 2mil items that drop would go down to 10 items per minute. Which seem'd to be stated as a problem by GGG themselves. Also glasscannon would mean that you actually need a support. And partying would be more meaningful because you would be actually doing something WITH people instead of racing with movement speed allowing you to even hit monsters that doesn't allow others to do shit. The meta is total garbage, I hate it. PoE was a GAME now its just a cookie clicker. Should kick the person who came in charge around those days this meta became their direction. Or put him to clean floors or something. If it is the community, instead of putting them to clean floors put them to grow flowers or something.
