1:00 is the best part, I love that short silence and then that lovely short part right after that. I have this music set on my hideout via the Hideout Music Player so it is permanently playing when I come out of a map.

I just started playing this game, and the first thing I noticed about it was the music set the mood. For example you hear this in the first place you get that's safe, and it gives you a feeling of dread, melancholy and hopelessness. It really does set the feeling that you are really exiled. Well done

This soundtrack project must have been really difficult. Not just in creating music itself, but ones which will, without doubt, be scrutinized and compared to all the ones people have grown to love for all these years. I will forever miss the classic songs, but I would like to say that these new ones are really good as well regardless. Nice work, Kamil.

Just installed PoE a few weeks ago. Besides recommending the game, I have insisted they also turn on the music and dialogue. The sound and musc, especially this piece, in this game is geourgeus!

Man, I just can't describe how awesome this song is. It is so depressive, so melancholic, nostalgic and sad at the same time. It is just perfect to Lioneye's Watch and perfect for meeting an exile, when he was dropped to this coast to die. Thank you so much for this track as well as the whole PoE soundtrack. Trully magnificent and scary Siren's song, amazing electronic song for fighting with Shadow and so on. Damn brilliant!

This song is great, and sets the mood for us in the beginning of our journey, much better then the previous one did, as this song is so melancholy, whilst the old one was way too uplifting. GGG made a good choice in changing to this song.

@@KamilOrmanJanowski - You're welcome! I really felt like it needed to be said, as I often hear people miss the old Lioneye's Watch theme, and some who were even demanding it to be "put back". While I think you might even agree the old song was indeed pretty awesome, I just never felt it "fit" with the overall mood of the story, and the tiny lil outpost of Lioneye's Watch, tho perhaps it'd fit someplace later in the story? I was surprised by the change to this song, but instantly felt more immersed whilst talking to the NPCs and the like. So, thank you for all your hard work and other great songs you've brought to life for us ^_^

But, imo the *old* old Lioneye's Watch (from the game's Alpha times) nailed it even better than this one. It was just dim and lonely. Don't know why that one had to be switched out.

While this song is a decent replacement for the original music, I hope there will be a way to mod in/switch back to the old music. The original melancholy music against the backdrop of darkness, despair, and rainfall was just too perfect.

I just starting playing and I looked up the old music and I personally didn't like it. I felt this was music was setting for the first act. It gave a sense of dread and hopelessness.

Sorry, this new version of Lioneye's Watch just doesn't do it for me! The day I fired up the game and found myself in Lioneye's and this new music played, I took a look around a moment to make sure I was at where I thought I was at. Then it dawned on me, the music, it's different and after a minute or two listening, I was like, oh hell no, bring back the original. Now when I play I have but no choice to deal with the various new music in different parts of the game, but it would be nice to have an option in the settings to pick "original" or "updated" soundtrack in the game!

I honestly don't think there's any game with a more underrated composer. It's a shame so many that play these types of games turn off everything and blast techno or EDM.
